Great question- for the most part, things usually financially get easier as long as you can stay financially disciplined (especially if you have a lot of student debt). You can check out The White Coat Investor for more info. Professionally, it can be challenging for the first 1-3 years after yesterday (you’re getting used to a new job, way more responsibility, and learning how the real world of medicine actually works).

Yes imgs get paid during residency. It's the same salary as other residents tho.

Tuition fee occurs in medical school. There is no tuition fee in residency-- They are paid like employees.
