las hipotecas son una ruina, te sale mejor alquilar. No es raro, es que es imposible tener tu propia casa por como esta el mercado. Muchos pisos se venden, pero debes de reformarlos la mayoria y son de casas viejas en su totalidsd. Existen modalidades de alquilar apartahotel con gimnasio y piscina a ñrecio de 800€ mes. Por lo general quien tiene una hipoteca esta libre de gastos como tener hijos o un coche todavis por pagar. Asi que no es rsro como repito, es imposible tener tu propia casa. Aunque la constitución española diga que todo español merece un trabajo y vivienda digna no hace gala. Ya que los sueldos son bajos y las tasas altas. Eso no te lo suele decir nsdie, pero es uns realidad.

@@seren48725 si, es a propósito. Por eso el alquiler es la mejor opción, para ya después proponerte irte a otro lugar con mejor calidad de vida. Madrid ya no es para vivir, es una ciudad de paso, y los que si vivimos y hemos sido criados en la gran ciudad se hace difícil, ya que muchos se van a la periferia para poder tener una casa de gama media ( 70 m2 ) y a ser posible pagándola entre dos personas con valores muy bien comprometidos.

Comprendo. Y cuándo se trata de los pueblos cerca de las ciudades? La gente le apetece vivir allá? Supongo que es más seguro que en las ciudades grandes como en todos lados, claro

This is true, but they’re people living, raised in Spain and contrary to your prejudices many are born there. That’s like asking about seeing Arabs and Blacks in French

I don't think that is true, the majority of people interviewed across all videos are Spanish natives. Is there something wrong with foreigners? Don't forget that these cities are highly international by nature.

I like seeing the diversity. It gives more angles. All videos are obviously about SPAIN, and the opinions are collected from the people who live there, not necessarily only the locals. Plus, often times, the people relocating to a country can tell much more about certain questions, like for example, this video is about renting an apartment - most locals just live in their own apartments 🤷‍♂️

Few things: nationality and nativity are not exclusively synonymous. If I moved to Japan with a western woman and had a child there, that hardly makes the child Japanese. Imagine a Sensational Japan channel that featured mostly YT people. That ok with you? Doubtful...given YOUR prejudices. AGAIN, the name of this channel is Sensational SPAIN, so let's see and hear from NATIVES. You know, from the people who actually make Spain the interesting country that it is.
