Mike whatever happened to your videos building a laundromat from scratch? I believe week 11 was the last one. I remember you saying the pandemic put everything on hold. Is there a more current one I have missed?

I have no experience in coin laundry, but have been interested for years. Just found a small store in my area for sale, currently small convince store, about 1200sq feet. I was thinking about converting it to a small coin laundry. Maybe 10 washers and dryers to start. No other laundry mats within 15 miles, trying to figure out about hooking water and gas for this. What do I need to know for something this small and is it worth doing this small starting out? How much are washers and dryers?

Some laundromat are profitable, some are money 💴 losing business. You might even lose all your money that you put down

Always a good time. They say laundromats are "recession proof", just be careful if you barrow money- rates are high, and may go higher. GOOD LUCK

All I know is there are thousands and thousands of laundromat owners who lost thousands and thousands of dollars. Some even lost their life savings when they got into the laundromat business. It’s not all sunshine ☀️ and rainbow 🌈 in the laundromat business

Hi handsome. These numbers on his spread sheet are way off. There is No profit at this location .! He's better off investing in cryptocurrencies :XRP, XLM, XDC, BTC, FET.
