To make 180k a year at 5 days a week at 12 hours shifts. He needs to be making $55 an hour/$83 hr overtime. 8 hours + 4 OT hours 5x a week. I call BS unless he is really moving Coke lol

I've had my Class A now for 9 years I've never came close to even touching 6 figures. I also live in california most companies pay you anywhere between $19-26 an hour as a commercial driver in California. My advise move to the south that's where Class A drivers can make up to some pretty good money. I'm currently beer truck driving in southern california. I should add this company in the video is Classic Beverage they start there guys out at $17 an hour as a C driver. The work we do as a delivery driver is well worth over $17 an hour just saying..

Yea same I heard the southern states is where it’s at when it comes to making big time money… I was lucky enough to work for Harbor which is the company at the end he was talking about, worked at the HB location and had a set route which would bring me around 120k a year only down side is tht it really is heavy labor which is why I ended up leaving but definitely there are company’s out here in California where u can make 6 figures especially if u do have all your endorsements

Probably in a high cost of living city. But still thats alot. I make just over 100k a year as delivery driver at $30/hr and put in 55-65hrs in 5 day period.

@@joonnnahhh ot starts after 40 for us and its a shit ton. For example my pay period closes every saturday night and we get biweekly. I managed to get 127 hrs which breaks down to 80 regular and 47 ot in a 2 week span on this week that closed off i get paid this Thursday. 6 holidays are recognized as paid holidays so they give us 10 hrs holiday pay regular pay, and if your scheduled to work that holiday you get time and half all day. So example yesterday memorial day i had a 14 hr shift paid at time and a half plus 10 hrs holiday pay at regular.

​@@El_LeChErO91 that's amazing , sounds like you have a sick gig. there are only a couple carriers in my area that pay that well that im aware of. they all require minimum 1 year exp and im at 7 months right now. gonna keep trucking til i hit that year then pray i can get in there! also considering doing fuel tanker too.
