Keep in mind after taxes , you get nothing. lol 😂 Unless you’re in Texas which there’s no income tax, but you still have other taxes. So you’ll still end up with getting at least 45% tax being taken out

What’s crazy is most guys in the hood will never know they can make this much money doing something legal I know guys who work in the unions and make as much as him! Just takes hard work and time from your family to do this kinda work but if your working for your family they will be living well! And to a man that’s all that matters

I worked at the hub for a long while in the 90s and it seemed impossible to get a driver position, but I also remember two girls getting driver jobs. They both were near 18-20 year old range. How did that happen? 🍆

First of all, where does he live?, and what is the cost of living, and tax rates. If he is anywhere near new york, cali, washington, or florida, he's not taking home much, and is probably leveraged out with cars, family, and other parasitic draws on that income. He looks a bit decrepit for a younger looking dude though. here in Milwaukee county ,they pay r figures, fuelers, but I didn't want a camera in my face, but I still make 6 figures doing much less as a heavy truck lead tech and supervisor/manager. Age 56, and can still run a mile full speed, and bed down any porn star you ever heard of, and repeat. Just saying, stay in shape Brah.

I can only speak for myself. UPS has its faults like any other jobs or careers. It's not always sunshine and rainbows. It's very hard on you mentally and physically. You make it whatever you want it to be. I have my own schedule and work the hours I please. I am a full time RPCD (driver) and will be at top pay in about a month. I don't pay for any benefits. Everything including pension is FREE. The only thing that is deducted from my paycheck weekly are my union dues, taxes and 401k contributions. That's it. I do work late at times but it pays off in the long run. This job isn't for everyone. You have to be strong willed and ready for anything. I've seen alot of guys come and go. There's alot of political issues, as long as you do your job you'll be fine. You're protected by teamsters which is our union. It's very difficult to get fired. In a sense, you have some job security. During the pandemic (Covid) when everyone was losing their jobs, I was working everyday. The waiting process now to become a driver is not like it used to be. I've seen some guys work 9 months in a hub and get promoted to cover driver. It's only up from there. I love working for UPS and I've been around the block, I've been terminated from so many jobs and have quit because of pay and harassment issues. If I can help anyone out, find a job working for the government or where there's a union.

I used to deliver beer in 2011-12 I believe and I was making about the same before I left. I was at about $40p/h for overtime but that topically started ok Wednesday afternoon for me and went til Friday sometimes the weeekend if I worked an event. Those jobs are amazing when they pay right but you definitely have to come to work. I was young and was having fun so it was perfect for me in my early 20s

F UPS. They f&cking suck.
