Thank you guys. I was born in Roxas, but grew up in Iloilo. Every year I come back to visit both places since my family and precious roots are so deeply rooted in these two beautiful places. I appreciate you taking your time to show the world how amazing these places are. 😊

Am from Roxas and thank you for considering buying your house in that area. If it is close to Baybay, you have a great spot. Check San Antonio Subd as well. More upscale and expensive. Good to have options and compare.

Great video. Interesting for me for sure. I would personally…if I bought a lot… not build right at a property line so that the neighbours could build off of the wall. Sound transfer🤣. Not good. I’d probably max out the size of house I could build on the land but I’d have an area around each of the 4 walls so no one could build off of my wall… basically a perimeter around the house Thanks Mark

It’s the safest from natural disasters lowest crime in the phil’s and some a hole didn’t buy up all the property and sub divide it into small lots for 1.5 or 3 mil. Or put up a bunch of ugly Lego houses and sell them for low monthly prices and completely ruin the rental income for anyone else in the area.

You know Bacolod has the most expensive subdivision I have ever seen at P48k per sq m at the new Rockwell development, and that's presale can't build till 2026!

Not really upscale housing. The subdivision looks empty, no life in it, the unkept grounds make it look like one of the abandoned towns you sometimes see. When I was in the Philippines I seriously considered to buy a property but at the time I was told that as a foreign national you can’t really buy property in your own name. Another option was to buy a piece of land and own it for the length of 99 years. What is the situation right now, how does a foreign person independently and lawfully require land?

2.3M House! Good price but you’re probably in the middle of No Where! The rooms are like broom closet! Where you gonna put your clothes & stuff? Up in the ceiling. 😂Clubhouse Swimming Pool looks so dirty! Mike forget it! That place is so isolated! Sorry. You and Bianca better off living in Subic or Stay in Iloilo. Where there’s Night Life. Live Close to where all the essential necessities are. Close to the Mall, Hospital and near the Airport. And close to the Ocean. Subdivision or private community like that is so isolated! For me. I can’t live in places where all I can see is massive weeds around the houses. To me that’s like leaving in a jungle. 😂 Good Luck!

@@wavemaker2077 Then you're the idiot that bought the house without checking the title and deed. That's why there's agents who will represent you to make sure you know what you're buying. My point being in the Philippines they say alot of redundant things. Another example: instead of saying full bathroom they'll say toilet and bath. There's a half bath, aka powder room where's there no shower. But there's no such thing as just a bathroom with only a shower.
