@@window9213its more of an item diff. The edge of night is the most op item considering a 3 star 5 cost 1x1 since its the only item that allows the 5 cost to not be ine shotted by the other. The same would happen with any other 5 cost on either side, edge of night beats non edge of night

the fact a Lucian needs to walk up to halfway to auto is fucked

this is why I love TFT man. I've never had a game with a 3 stars 5 cost in it. I don't even know if I wanna be in a game with a 3 stars 5 cost. But the fact that it could happen to someone, sometimes twice in the same game, is so tantalizing and interesting to think about.

Its just high risk/econ augments, and some lucky duplicators most of the time. Its rare but if you keep playing you'll definetly see it and get it a few times per set. I play maybe 200 games a set and get it like 1-5 times a set, more often than not im the one with it bc i like the risky playstyle idk.

You’re more likely to hit if someone else hit, since there’s a limited amount of each.

I had a game last set where i had 4 3 star 5 costs and a 4 star heimer, if you play actively for it its relatively common. Last set due to goldinator you could hit a 3 star 5 in about 20-25% of your games. Its just not reliable for climbing because you go 8th alot if you dont have good conditions

Also remember, last patch meta was fast 9 + if everyone have prismatic, everyone play highroll for top 1, so now a lot of 5 cost were removed from pool and u could easly hit unconstested units (i made kayn and qiyana 3 in the same game). for me it was like 2/50 games (1 times me, 1 time opponent). Also heartsteel cashout helps a lot.

That edge of night was so helpful

Abusing edge of night in a 3* 5 cost showdown sounds fun to me

I had a game where I hit a 4star Jhin early but later someone got 3star Ziggs and I just lost because of it. Really sad.

Mort enabled god mode in tft for this win, I cannot be convinced

its already removed from 4-2. Even before the set went live Mort said theres possibility to disable it completely from the game

I wouldn't be as pissed since it's Lucian who is like bugged and a 2-cost. but i've seen 2-star to 3-star 5-costs at 4-2 and 4-5 often and Im over here rolling all my gold down to not hit

mortdog is a really good player

he was level 10 from round 4-2. he just had to hold some jhin and mort woulda never hit lol.

so thats why they removed blank slate off 4-2. riot so bedge sometimes
