I've noticed this a lot with foreign men who marry for visas. They trick these women into thinking they love them, then dip when they're able to care for themselves. Not saying that both big women and single mothers can't find love, because I've seen it plenty times. I just hate the creeps who try to take advantage of them for sex and resources.

I used to think that men preferred women of a particular body type but then I thought about the fact that Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry etc. all got cheated on and they're beautiful, successful and fit women. I think that most women don't get treated well, regardless of how they look and what body type they have. All we can do as women is work on ourselves for ourselves and trust that God will send the right one for us. A man who would help us to get to the best version of ourselves, mentally, physically and spiritually.

This comment right here is everything and so TRUE. Women with confidence, high self esteem, and strong boundaries get all the respect and attract all kinds of men. I am 5'11, a size 14/16, and weigh 200 lbs. I have men of all races trying to get at me every day because of my attitude, intelligence, and self confidence. Even telling them I am involved doesn't stop them. I love my body AND my deep chocolate skin color. I will not listen to anyone who would even try to tell me I am not beautifully and wonderfully made. I have female friends of every race, shape and size because I love MYSELF and never compare my physical attributes with any of them. They are all beautiful as well in their own ways. If women have no boundaries, are desperate, and allow men to treat them like garbage they will be miserable no matter their looks, shape, or size.

Good points. May I add as a woman, You may not need to lose weight to find love, but consider the type of man you want to attract. Your looks at face value are 95% of the reason is man will be genuinely attracted to you at first sight. There are exceptions, but in the dating world this is true. Love yourself to be your best self. Confidence is what makes a woman sexy.

I always struggled with the weight issue growing up- i was a very skinny child until puberty which caused my weight gain and because i am short i was always a very chesty girl up front which caused a lot of shame and embarrassment over my body type- i can say that after joining a gym a year ago i have lost so much weight and am fit and toned and in better shape physically at 47 than i ever was at 22 - and i agree that first impressions matter- men notice women with confidence who are trying to better themselves- when you begin a self care routine of mind body and spirit your confidence in yourself as a child of God will shine thru and will be attractive- you will start to turn heads - its been happening to me a lot over the past couple of years - a fit body will also renew your strength and shave years off of you- i’m 47 but due to my smooth complexion (no wrinkles) people think I’m in my 30s- they are so shocked when i tell them my age - wear your crown ladies and do not settle for less than what God has for you - walk with confidence, dignity and self respect 🎉🌈👑❤️

You can't see a drug addict, alcoholic, abuser, bulimic or mental ill person's struggle until you have an opportunity to engage with them. We wait to judge those people until we know, by talking to them but if you're overweight you can see it immediately and we judge not realizing that those people could possibly be very strong confident intelligent kind and gracious people.

But I’ve always been conscious of myself& projected love for myself! Ive never had many issues with getting a man though. I taught myself that the men who don’t like me (rather I’m big or small) are just not for me. Either accept me for me or get from around me! I’d also like to say, that ppl need to get over it. Theirs different type of ppl in the world. I have fat and I’m working on getting healthier (18 pounds down) but I’m also beautiful, smart, accomplished and 100% that chick! I’m done with that personally, and am doing the inner workings as well as outer work as to not attract those type of men into my life in the future. Losing weight isn’t all it takes to repair oneself especially if that person has been through altering experiences regardless of physical size.

When the “wrong person” sees someone else out here trying to do something for themselves and said, “wrong person” is looking for a meal ticket so to speak then we could all be fooled once or twice. I may be a “big girl” or whatever, but I’ve always held myself very confidently. I myself am the epitome of the very “big hipped woman” that Mr. Gaskins was talking about that he and Sherri seen in the mall. I unfortunately just happened to have been raised in a narcissist family environment therefore sort of “pre ordaining” me to somehow attract these very types of men into my life.. that is until I learned all about it. Now I’m a force to be reckoned with, and am a breaker of chains. This makes me grateful for the struggles I’ve endured on behalf of these individuals. I’m really sorry that anyone has had to deal with these types of people...they are literal soul suckers, and with more people having the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of them and who they are my hope is that we can help more women and men to avoid the destruction that these spirits bring. 💜

I have an hourglass figure as well and so do a couple of my cousins and we have the same problem. So many men who just stare, or follow you around and never say anything. The ones who are bold enough are typically younger or have a fetish for women with big butts and small waist and will do and say anything, I mean anything to sleep with you. And when you have a beautiful face and you're smart on top of that they are often intimidated. They sexualize you before they even speak to you. Which is why I present myself in a very polite conservative manner. Also some men equate a woman looking sexy to her being hypersexual. It's grossly immature.

I am a heavier woman and my grandmother taught me dating is a skill .... something you do with purpose and you should improve with time. I have always been heavier kissed a few frogs before finding my prince. I have always been direct with men... stating what I wanted and was looking for, which is good but you also must be vigilant for signs that you are wasting your time and be ready to move on. I met my husband online and I told him before we even met that I was not looking to casually date and if he was then he was not for me. I think a lot of women tell themselves you don't need a partner, while this may be true making this fact the foundation of your attitude maybe self sabotage. I guess my point in saying this, is that, whether you are full figured or slim, rich or poor, sexy or average it does not matter you can't get what you want if you don't state what you want to yourself and others.

Haven't been in many relationships only 4of them. 5yrs, 2yrs(he was killed) 12yrs( ended 2013) focused on myself (2013- Nov. 2018) so I'd be 100% ok 4 the next guy. Finally tried again with sum1 I had been friends with 20yrs in (2018) poured into it & he ended up being a frog 2. Now single as of 8-16-21. Still releasing & working on myself. I can't wait to hear this one. Size 20/18 here I am so curious. One thing is I have never been big my whole life. Kid years and teens I was super skinny. After college post grad is where I picked up my weight. It is so different being on the plus side and people's comments on it. They obsess with weight ( both men and women). I have tough skin but it can be hard. I am glad I was not a big child because I can not imagine what it could have been during those years. Like her, I lost 25 pounds in the past year and am happy 😊. I am adding to lose another 25 this year.

I also started a new rule of no eating after 6pm. Late night eating is very bad for my health and my waistline and my grocery budget. My weight is steadily going down but my health is going up! I eat whatever I want between 10-6pm and its usually meat and vegetables 😋. Sugar also degrades collagen and elastin in the skin so stay away from it. The beauty industry will not tell you this. She didn't do like the other full figured actress's start out one way then make a few bucks then lose weight to be like everyone else, and lose what they stood for in the beginning. Kathy didn't get roles that often, but when she did she did not alter herself for them . The roles she played in were looking for people just like who she was. I always dressed well, put on make-up and sold myself as voluptuous since alot ( not ALL) ended up top. Now, I was confident and walked around like I was " all that.!" Even at my heaviest, I had co-workers interested in dating me. So, those ladies who are zaftieg should dress the best and be confident. There are clothing manufacturers who make beautiful affordable clothes in plus sizes. So, you could think think " voluptuous " and be confident! So, I got as much male attention when I was fat as I did when I was slim. Some women can have low self esteem because of them being heavier and some women have confidence about themselves too.

That is so true, I work with cancer patients and I have seen patients that have ate clean, never smoked and ended up with cancer. One patient asked "how did this happen when she knew people that smoked and ate bad and did not get cancer but she did?"

Unfortunately, we are daily bombarded with environmental toxins that are carcinogens: radiation from cellphones, microwaves, 5G towers, air pollution, toxic mattresses, etc. These also contribute to sickness and disease that many overlook.

    1) Give men a chance! But never a second one. 2) Believe who they say and show themselves to be. 3) Always be prepared to show them your ass as you walk out that door (or kick theirs out the door). Stay respectful to yourself, you deserve the best of what makes YOU feel good!💥

This was an Excellent video. You spoke on the topics and questions at hand, and you also used examples without shaming bigger women, name calling and if you don't lose weight scare tactics as to why she doesn't have a man. Excellent commentary. Keep it coming and God bless you and your family.

Good information Brother!!! Personally as a full figured woman, I have always been very confident!! Thus never having a problem with getting attention from men at all. Whatever you put out you'll get back. Some men may have looked at me in the past from afar and probably thought they could come at me side ways based upon the assumption I may be insecure, but as soon as they got up close or had a conversation they quickly realized that assumption was invalid! I'm blessed to have an amazing Husband who adores me! And whom I adore! He treats me like a Queen and I treat him like a King!! To God be all the glory!!!

I’m a full figured woman who used to have a lot of confidence. I would look at myself and say, “Wow I’ve given life to 6 children and fed them” I’m still beautiful and can wear a size 14 I’m perfect. That has changed because of how men have treated me since I’ve been single

Don't allow the treatment of men to disturb your peace and contaminate your confidence. Better yet don't even ALLOW men with such attitudes and spirits to have access to you, the moment they disrespect you in the slightest form cut them off to preserve what God has given YOU........which is your self love.

Depends on how they were raised because many men in different cultures view big women as the type of woman to go for. Western Society though promotes skinny women as the beauty standard and disrespect big women. Which you will see throughout mainstream media...true or definitely true?

I was in an 11 year marriage to a HUGE narcissist. I felt HORRIBLE about myself. I was never good enough. We separated, actually I left him, lost 85 pounds and now I intimidate him. I think jts all jn our attitude. I will not accept what I did before.
