I have started to consciously make progress on my relationship with God, and I recently stumbled across this page. I really enjoyed listening to your podcast and was conflicted because of the cussing. I have recently been trying to work on my vocabulary because I have been made aware of my own cussing, I am extremely grateful of your new dedication to changing. I can't wait to continue listening to your podcast :)

Agreed, I went back to watch an impulsive recently and it was disgusting, they had an OF girl talking about having so many sexual partners and she felt empowered. I just felt grossed out and clicked out of the video. That pod has gone downhill so fast

We wouldn't have those men "doing about anything better than women" if they didn't have a good mom. Many boys never recover from not having their mom's in their life, grow up to be dysfunctional and sad.

We're not equal in value, from the basic value of life as well. 1 life is thrown to die, sacrificed or expected to die willingly or unwillingly before the other. The value of a females life is more than a male's in general.

I really appreciate Angela bringing up George's cussing, sometimes it's scary to confront our friends but it is absolutely necessary.

He corrected her with the woman that touched Yeshua's garmet (her name is Veronica btw) when speaking of your friend saved you & he said no HE saved you by sending her to you! ..whether it's from a friend foe coworker it's usually up to the person being spoken to if they are correctable or not! When we allow ourselves to be God's clay and have him mold us however, being corrected is a gift bc last thing we want to walk wrong! God bless I love you all may every day we all get closer to Him!

That’s crazy that Angela brought up the cursing bc up until then I did cringe every time George cussed. It broke my focus every time. And I was very impressed with him being so understanding and vowed to try not to cuss anymore. That’s amazing.

This is so great. I love that God is moving in all of their lives. I’m also glad that these girls were bold enough to shine a light on this area of sin. It was scary watching him squirm trying to justify this area the devil doesn’t want to let go of. The good news is that Jesus is the answer! 1) “George I VOW to quit cussing” 2) 2 minutes later: “*I don’t know how I’m going to attack this, but *I will fix this” 3) 1 minute later “I have a sexy neck” 4) 1 minutes later “I HATE THEM Christians” ”And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black. All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.“ ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭36‬-‭37‬ Seeds have been planted in George’s heart. Let’s pray that it is not rocky soil, but good soil. George thinks he can change himself, but that would not be fruit of the spirit. The answer to George’s cussing problem is to *abide* in Jesus. That is how we are transformed. We must abide in Jesus. The Holy Spirit can change our hearts like these girls said. While filled with the spirit and abiding in Jesus, the desire to cuss is defeated by our love for Jesus. Let’s pray for George!!!

Me too. I get convicted when I cuss. Even when I'm angry or I hurt myself. Not only because there should be no darkness, Even in our speech. But also because the anger or whatever emotion was the source, isn't an attribute of God then it isn't from him, then where is it from? Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. And if the heart is accompanied by these words then how is the Holy Spirit to live there. Looking at me you would not expect this to be my view on this, but I believe it is the truth and the new Testament is saturated with how we should speak and conduct our selves if we are to be ambassadors; imitating Jesus Christ.

Yeah that was beautiful and tbh they helped convict me too. Hearing their testimony of their experience with swearing and eventually coming to the realization that they shouldn't and all that touched me and made me reflect on myself as I from time to time have sworn since becoming a Christian as well, but hearing this convicted me and now I care a lot more and want to avoid saying swear words ever again. Those girls are a blessing what they said wasn't only exactly what George needed to hear but what I needed to hear too! I need to stop separating myself from God

Wow, loved the courage of Angela to bring up swearing. Such a tender hearted delivery. Reminds me of Eph 4:15 “Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.” Both Angela and Ari spoke the truth in love and George you’re blessed to have had the heart to respond in such a way. I need to work on myself because I would’ve been so quick to point out his mistakes and there are some serious ones I noticed. He cusses, he slipped and mentioned his alternative response for his fiancée not willing to get in a car in an unsafe area as “bitch fine, get shot then and robbed” (39:37) and during the podcast he calls the women, “man” repeatedly. I believe it stems from his insecurity to not seem too eager or interested to chat with these beautiful and Godly women. When he asked them about what they wanted in a man and the girls mentioned they could speak “biblically” and he dismissed the value of God’s word for what he considered “real” for the women (36:04-36:06) “No! How you guys are”. (???) It really made me recognize that he has some work to go through and I’m glad he has a willing partner to do that with him. It’s difficult to unwind from the places he’s been and the people he’s been around. That growth is slow and steady but better than not at all. This podcast and hopefully this comment, makes him self-reflect on these things.

@@Noneblue39 This is very true. I personally believe that the reason there is all these problems is because “we” (“the government and the corrupt people in power”) are taking God out of everything.

When Ari talked about one foot in one foot out and letting her old self die reminded me when i finally fully gave myself to god i remember mouring the death of my old self I cried until the Lord spoke to me and said "you have done well you are on the path that is life and you have lost your old self there will be much struggle and you will miss it" and then he asked me "is this worth it for you to give up?" and with one final powerful cry I said yes my Father I give everything to you and since then the most tiny things to the most biggest things the Lord is guiding me to fix and heal in my life and is blessing me in all measure!

I can see why God loves this man and these ladies. To have someone bring a sin to your attention in love, on your own podcast. To then hear that message with an open heart and ears. You all have hit my soul and made me reflect on my own life choices.

I am 20 minutes into this podcast and bro, I’m dropping tears thinking about what you just said about baptism. I’ve been a Christian man for 20 years but the last two years I’ve been attending church weekly. It’ll be hard..but at the end of that month when you look at yourself in the mirror, how much would you like what you see? How proud would you be of yourself. How much self-discipline would you have built along the way? (which positively affects other facets of your life). I guarantee you’ll wish to keep going. It’s the same with your tongue. But when i repented and i started praying and going to church when i was surrounded by these ppls everytime i was swearing they would look at me and i didn’t feel good or right. But slowly by the grace of the holy spirit i stopped. But honestly i still slip sometimes. But then ask for forgiveness. God bless you brother and give you the grace to help you stop. Using curse words were also a daily part of our lives, it was very normal for us. So our transformation was so supernatural. Mad respect for George. Praise God for all these beautiful people. When I saw George’s humility, it brought literal tears to my eyes and I am NOT a cryer. It’s just so beautiful to witness and it made me want to repent as well.

Goosebumps at the end when George embraces the discipline to attempt not to swear. It's rare you see someone humble enough to consider another way of doing something after hearing a logical reason for changing. Amazing, really.

I watched a clip about the cussing from Isaiah Saldivar’s page - my prayers and amazement with how far we are all growing closer to Christ. Hallelujah! Angela is SO real for calling George out in regards to cussing. I used to think the same way but through the sanctification process, I know also cringe so hard when I hear cuss words. Ephesians 4:29 says “do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,” and we are fooling ourselves when we pretend like the “f word” is wholesome in any circumstance.

I find it amazing that there was so much conversation about fasting. Perfectly timed because I found this on day 2 of my first fast. I am keeping this secret from the people around me but do not feel convicted to not say anything on here. Food has been by medicine for ever and it has lead to a very unhealthy life. I had a huge event happen in my life about 2 months ago and I have been feeling God speak to me about how I need to remove the idol of food in my life. Please be praying for my fast. This is my first episode I've watched from this channel, but I am so incredibly happy about the conversation they had on profanity. I was enjoying much of this podcast/video and was thinking maybe I found another Christian brother to listen to but every time he cursed it hurt me. Much respect for listening to these two girls, and responding in a respectful manner! I was not raised with good male role models, and I'm still allowing God to help me heal from that and see men as image bearers, but the gentleman's response to these girls was beautiful. George!! SO proud of your vow to monitor your tongue, truly. Cussing gives me an ick & I do it too! But, I’ve been getting deeper in my walk with Christ & I catch myself & others more. I normally do not leave comments, but I am so thankful that you had the conviction in your heart to watch your words. I remember some time last year , I enjoyed watching your channel (and because you are a believer and brother in Christ) but I had to pause because of the cursing and the Holy Spirit lead me to be careful of what I listen to. I just remember one day saying ; lord - may you be gentle but bring conviction to his heart. I don’t know how you will do it but when the time is right you will allow it happen. and I am thankful because this was the Holy Spirit and moving on our prayers . This is sooo crazy, I’ve been wanting to get closer to God and these past few weeks I’ve been in a funk , depressed,angry at the world and I didn’t understand why . Today the first thing I did when I woke up I read a verse of my bible and felt so much better . Every time I watch these podcasts and hear true Christian’s speak I’m like I want to be like that and have conviction and have that much faith and love !! I know what I have to do I just procrastinate and decide to “put it off” I know I need to act on it ASAP .

I feel that same way Ik this is the road I need to take to bless my life and not continuing suffering but it’s so hard to go and change ur whole life with out knowing how to do this “new life”

Awesome stuff! Should get stuck in the Bible more and also watch some good Christian KZreadrs like Mike Winger and Isaac David. There are also good books out there to read like the Case for Christ and Mere Christianity etc

I was trying to think of a nicer way to say it, 90% is exaggerated but I've watched dozens of his podcasts and you'd hope with 2 guests they'd have more time to answer questions etc. Ari didn't really speak up much until the cursing was brought up. I enjoy his podcast as a whole but they didn't really get to share enough and the title is only a portion of the conversation. I hope he succeeds in cutting out profanity.

Been following you since the time you and Mark used to hang out. Really inspired how God has changed your life and has help me get closer to God. Also, its so true that when you put God first your life changes for the better . Praise the Lord!
