So … meditation has zero effect on your swing results. However, it appears that the mindset is calmer; so that when you do get those occasional errant shots throughout your game you don't head into a downward spiral and ruin your game completely.

The thing is golf is all about clarity. Let’s face it if you can focus on that one thing that will make the difference and that only then everything else will take care of itself. My golf is my form of meditation, totally just get into the experience at times barefoot no need to formally meditate but that’s just me.

On the second lesson on the iron play, you switched the screen icon showing the location of the ball at the top right corner between the two guys.

I’ve got one. The previous two before this were quite funny! How about how energy drinks affect your golf! 😁

We’ll have you seen her play a round? No u haven’t. She might not hit the ball far but she can be very accurate so don’t base it on what seen. Plus! She didn’t hit drives well today. And there’s a TON of people and cameras

Ben's handicap seems honest

Doing this stuff on the range almost does not even matter. Get on the course in different situations and try control your mindset. A pre-shot routine is the only thing that gets mind and body back on task in around of golf when you a distracted or frustrated. "Tour Mentality" is a good book that covers some good ways to be mentality sound on the golf course.

The only thing that is of importance here is the 3 different levels of swings in a side by side fashion. Actually helps

In conclusion, Meditation makes no difference
