Fun fact: Rise's simp level was so high that her persona was able to change from a strictly navigational persona to a combat persona that retained its navigational abilities. And that was all because she wanted Yu to notice her more.

And I like that it doesn’t end there too, they both have similarities in that they’ve both known loneliness ever since they were young. Yu due to his constant moving and Rise’s social anxiety before being an idol, they both change and switch their personalities around however who they’re talking to but both just let themselves be when they’re together. It’s great.

@@starsaber100That was in both the game and the Golden animation. It's part of the Golden Exclusive Epilogue, and only if you romance Marie. If you don't romance her, the Epilogue plays out as normal, but her confession doesn't happen.
I remember when this series was airing. There was a running joke That Yu must have been on a new game plus. Since he seems to be way overpowered and always picked the correct choices for either the best outcome or the most comedic response. After finally getting around to finally finishing Persona 4 Golden and rewatching the series again. A lot of things were toned down in both versions of the anime.

@@barsx7634 super late, but P4A is a faithful retelling of the games plot. Animation is solid, Yu is absolutely hilarious (if you couldn’t take that away from this video). P4GA on the other hand… it was okay, but it could’ve been a lot better.

I dunno about that she has this tendency to overact when she's playing teenage characters. She ends up sounding like someone who is too old for the part, and trying to sound overly cute to make up for it. She just gets roles that aren't a good fit for her, although her role as Mary Jane Watson was a welcome change.

I don't play the game, let alone own it, but I can't see Yu being with any other girl aside Rise based off of what I have seen so far with SLs and main story. Yukiko is too eccentric, Chie is too much of a kung-fu meathead, Naoto gives off too much masculine vibes, so that just leaves Rise.

She only enters in war mode when Marie is near, it seems that she sees her as a rival. Yukiko however.. she´s really angry if you are dating another girl during Valentine and she discovers it.

Before she joined the team, Rise was actually being a nice date. After that, she just simps on every occasion. I may not be in the majority when I say that's why I don't like her, but if she wasn't hitting on Yu as hard as she did, I would have genuinely liked her.

Don’t expect that much affection from a gal too quickly, though. Girls like Rise are VERY rare. If you wanna know how realistic of a girl you can get, it’d be Yukiko, as evidenced by her romance route.😉😂
