How many different ways are there to fracture a banana?

The mechanical properties of bananas, like many polymers, are extremely sensitive to temperature and strain rate. For example, we can cause a banana to fracture in ductile or brittle fashion by changing these variables or introducing a surface flaw. Here we do high strain rate, low strain rate (defect free), low strain rate with surface flaw, and liquid nitrogen.
