How Many Custom Jeeps Are Down Here?

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

I was invited to a private location to checkout and film a few of the years past Jeep concepts. Sandstorm, ShortCut, Africa, the Scrambler, and many more Wrangler and Gladiators in storage here. I also had a few moments to talk with Chris Piscitelli and Vince Galante while on site about the design and future of Jeep concepts.

I can't believe Jeep hasn't come out with a Wrangler Unlimited L on the Gladiator wheelbase. Imagine how much money a three-row Wrangler would print. Families who want to look outdoorsy would snatch it up and overlanders would buy it.

@@bwofficial1776 A long tail JL, w/ 2 or 3 rows would be awesome. Stretch the rear tub, Offer a removable 3rd row, and just use the 2-door hard-top with a filler panel over the 2nd row. The 2nd row already folds enough for kids to climb beck there. I really think the market exists for a Wrangler that can carry more people/stuff.

My personal favorites are always the single cab jeep trucks with big tires. I so wish that was a production option somehow. I was honestly dissapointed with the gladiator when it came out with a back seat. Give me all bed and a minimalist cab.

So many great concepts. I love the vintage and retro-style builds. I never really thought about what happens to the concepts after Easter Jeep Safari so it makes sense that they're all stashed in a warehouse. I would love to see this place in person. I imagine it's like that warehouse at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark. You should visit the Land Cruiser museum the next time you're in Utah. Jeep needs to build a Wrangler Unlimited L on the Gladiator wheelbase. The Wrangler prints money for Jeep because most buyers want to look outdoorsy even if they'll never take it off-road. A three-row Jeep would print even more money from families and would be convenient for overlanders who want a fully-enclosed cabin.
