Cobra Filez Thanks man. This video is something I felt like some people would appreciate seeing. I feel like there’s not much discussion about this particular question going on in the community from what I have seen personally, and I’m surprised the top channels aren’t covering it, except for talking about individual occurrences rather than looking at the broader picture of this topic. It really bothered me, so I needed to make a video about it. There’ll be more similar videos as well soon, I’m trying to cover and upload things like this that deserve a video that aren’t being talked about. Cobra Filez Thank you, that means a lot for you to say that, because I did put quite a bit of effort into this video to be honest with you. The Ad thing is something new I’m trying out to help the new series of videos I’m starting to reach a wider audience than they otherwise would not have. The KZread algorithm tends to hinder people from finding videos from lesser known creators, so this is one of my solutions. Another thing I’m doing is putting a ton of production time in to each and every video I make and refining them as much as possible to give whoever’s watching the best experience that I’m able to. This is only just the beginning.

Actually, Wolffe's chip removal is something I really wanted to see too. Your theory does make a ton of sense since Ashoka and Rex would have likely gone looking for Plo and Wolffe. At the same time, I would love to see Gregor's story too since it's a big unknown gap between his appearance and coming back in Rebels. Can't wait for Bad Batch to highlight the transition to the Rise of the Empire.

5:28 Even cooler when you realized Kix was rescued by the same pirates that Finn almost left to work with when they visited Maz Kanata in Episode VII. In a way, we almost got to see a sequel trilogy character meeting a Clone Trooper. Would have been amazing seeing that happen. Kix basically had his Captain America "out-of-time" story. Too bad we never got to see that live-action.

conor lungren I recommend Clone Wars era material, such as the series. There’s a ton of badass/dark storylines.

That was done on purpose. It’s a bit of a dramatic effect, since the whole idea of the story itself is quite depressing. The war and the death and the uncontrollable execution of Order 66. Plus, I take these stories and characters quite seriously. Do me a favor and Hit the Like Button if you could, I appreciate your comment.

Starwars Fanboy Sure. While not making an appearance on screen obviously and not even in the comics, he was invented for Fantasy Flight Games in this modern Disney controlled canon era. I’ll include a link below so you can read up on him and check the reference links to the sources. It might be a game, but it’s still canon. Though they leave it ambiguous as to whether he actually removed his control chip, but he definitely did fight against the empire for certain. I find it interesting and it does make sense that other Clones would be out there that either removed their chips or experienced a malfunction somehow that caused them to leave the army or defect to the Rebellion somewhere considering there were millions produced. With those kind of numbers, I find it impossible for there not to have been more that we are still not even aware of. starwars.fandom.com/wiki/CT-1701

Starwars Fanboy Of course. Yes, it’s a very minor thing that you might not regard as canon at first glance, but it does indeed have Disney’s stamp of approval or at the very least Lucasfilm’s who act on Disney’s behalf. Otherwise that character wouldn’t exist or the many others that fantasy has invented. It all has to be approved by higher authority. Although I admit I don’t know the full extent of how all of that works in detail, but I know that the new canon has to meet Disney’s standards, and anything with the Star Wars title or characters in or on it has to abide by their rules. Many fans don’t like the Disney canon, or even the sequel trilogy as it stands alone for that matter. But it is still canon regardless. It’s kind of a sloppy one, but I’m all for Clone related stuff. I’ve been a diehard Clone Wars slash Clone Trooper fan since AOTC was released all those years ago, so whenever any canon material is released, I’m all in. Even the Legends I still hold near and dear like the original micro animated Clone Wars show in the early 2000s.

Starwars Fanboy It’s really depressing how George Lucas seems to disown it. It’s almost like he made a child and didn’t like the way it looked, so he threw it in the trash and tried making a better one. Granted I do love the new Clone Wars too, the old one just had a special charm to it. I think the biggest factor was probably the extremely fast paced action. The General Grievous stuff has to be my favorite of all in the 2003 one. Just massacring those Jedi and ARC Troopers alike. Not to mention how they show what happened during the invasion of Coruscant on the ground, how he abducted Palpatine. Tons of badass memorable scenes. I’ll remember that stuff for the rest of my life.

I had the ability to advertise this video for free, which is why there were quite a few people mentioning the ad. However many other people have come across the video normally so it might seem odd to see these comments without proper context.

if you write an history or playing an rpg campaign is easy to increase that number, the clones are by millions and a lot will be "lost", and others can secretly removed their chip as a test without say a thing... or even notice because always use a helmet ;-)

Well the clones in the 501st had free thinkers except for Dogma, so it was not surprising some find the chips as SUS

Maybe the other clones on the at at are the bad batch

Most of the abad Batch did.

Zeno DS and thank you for your time and kind words. I’m trying to cover topics that aren’t really explored, for example the exact number of chip removal Clones as you see in this video. Using the limited information available to help educate fans on the facts and add my own little theories to try to explain or expand upon the already established facts. I also try to make it an entertaining experience so everyone doesn’t get too bored with a longer analysis type of video. CT- 7171 That’s great speculation. Truth be told I could see that being true, so it’s fun to theorize about it. Unfortunately the story itself doesn’t provide us with many answers, so we have to assume or find pieces of information here and there like what Filoni mentioned about it for example. Now the latest theory or supposed information to come out is that Commander Cody might have been on the AT TE originally. It’s a bit confusing to follow.

CT- 7171 I wouldn’t mind seeing a spin-off series exploring all the Clones who made it out, or at least a comic book storyline. Just something about in general would help clear up all the confusion.

7:45 It's probably highly unlikely... but I've been thinking about a theory that the Coruscant Guard troopers that witnessed 5's deaths were secretly assigned to the garrison that escorted Padme to Scipio. When Commander Thorn and those troopers made a final stand against the invading droids so that Palpatine could work his way into taking over the Banking clans, I think secretly (this is the unlikely part but I couldn't help but think of it), that the clones who witnessed Fives trying to explain the truth were also considered liabilities and simply assigned to the mission so they would be killed since that's how it was orchestrated by Palpatine and Dooku. Again, it's highly unlikely. I just feel that more and more stories of the clones who witnessed all the signs of the secret plot met a tragic end that wasn't revealed onscreen. I loved your explanation that Commander Doom could have avoided participating in Order 66. Honestly, each clone that witnessed Tup executing a Jedi, to the Kaminoan clones that were trying to guard Fives and Tup and the Coruscant guards that began to doubt the story of the creation is like when someone's bad deeds are leaked on the internet and goes viral before you can stop it. But in this case, Fives was stopped. I can see the Kaminoan Clone Troopers getting brainwashed further or their opinions being shut down by the Kaminoans too.

Hunterhawk DavidJ You’ll have to watch the entire discussion. They don’t have highlights for that particular panel with that particular conversation. If you for some reason can’t handle watching the discussion, I’m sure you could probably find the quotes in a google search. It’s pretty funny that most people don’t even know about this fact. But I appreciate that Filoni had a grander vision than the story group. If anybody’s words mean something, he’s the one. Also everything else that I’ve stated, including this can be authenticated. Otherwise I would not have included it in the video. I use these facts to theorize about these characters.

I made this video about a year now before the Bad Batch series episode today that revealed them removing their chips. But yeah, it would be 16 now. I think there are probably hundreds of them out there in the galaxy to be honest

Ashton 2003 Nah, it’s me. I wanted to make sure I came across as clearly as possible so you could understand what I was saying. I also try to take the Star Wars universe seriously, so you won’t hear me joking around at all. I’m more or less emotionlessly speaking. But the topic of the video is slightly saddening in aspects for what happens to some of these characters, so some people say I sound depressed, which I guess I kind of do the stern voice to come across as this is real world stuff. Like these are real people dying.
