Mario, great update - you certainly have plenty on your plate it seems! As to your posting query of "when is enough, enough?" - well I think if you start getting too stressed or if nothing seems to be gaining progress you are likely at the cusp of overload! Best wishes to you and your bride as you search for a home to purchase, it is a seller's market but there will be something out there that comes along and you two will turn it into a home - your home!
