How M88 Hercules Vehicles Will Keep Abrams Tanks Out of Russia’s Grip

Ғылым және технология

The M88 was eventually updated to the M88A1 standard, which included a more powerful Continental AVDS-1790-2DR diesel engine with an output of 750 horsepower. The M88A1 could tow up to 56 tons and lift 25 tons. However, as an upgraded version of the Army’s Abrams tank entered service in the mid-1980s, the service realized it had a problem: the new version was a heavy lift for even the mighty Hercules.

Great because now the Ukraine farmers tractors don't have to take the abandoned or damaged Russian tanks with them but this beast M88 Hercules can do this, and to be honest - much better.

Without efficient jets to defend helicopters and tanks then Abrams will be vulnerable Ukraine need app 20 jets with Meteor missiles to deter the Russian Migs Ukraine have only app 30 km range for air to air missiles --- meteor reach 100 km and they will hit Gripen would be the most economical solution because it designed to start and land on roads ! They can be serviced by 2 trucks by 4 to 5 people in 10 minutes ! F16s would do the same job with much more difficulty Ukraine has shown they are clever at combining the weapons they have got in an efficient way They need all the instruments in the orchestra

The same with othe coutry's, but U.S. is the only coutry who have there sh*t together. So why not send or sell 100 or 150 Abrams tanks?
