बहुत ही सटीक विश्लेषण. कानून की व्याख्या तथा application of mind पर आधारित decision का विश्लेषण सही है. दोनों judges ने कैसे निर्णय दिया यह व्याख्यायित करना आसान नहीं था.

ये पूरा मामला राजनीतिक द्वेष का है। इसमें ED, CBI सहित हाईकोर्ट भी केन्द्र सरकार क की सहयोगी नज़र आ रही है।

पिछले 10 साल से दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट केजरीवाल के मामले में एक संस्था की बजाए एक व्यक्ति के रूप में काम कर रहा है ।

राजनीति से कोई अलग नहीं हो सकता। किसी पक्ष और प्रतिपक्ष में न होना भी एक राजनीति है। उच्च न्यायालय ने महिला को कम अक्ल बता दिया। यह कैसी टिप्पणी है। इसमें लैंगिक भेद और पुरुषवादी सोच की गंध आती है। लोवर कोर्ट की मेरिट और डी मेरिट की बात होनी थी। न कि जज विशेष की मानसिक क्ष्मता की। लोवर कोर्ट ने फैसले में कुछ दिल की बात कह दी- जैसे पक्षपातपूर्ण और परेशान करने की कोशिश। ये टिप्पणी अनावश्यक थी। बिना सबूत जेल में रखने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। बेल के लिए मात्र यही पर्याप्त था।

सर मेरा ऐसा मानना है जब तक जजों की मनमानी चलती रहेगी अब तक इंसाफ मिलना बहुत मुश्किलहै

इस so called law के अध्यापक के अनुसार हाई कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल को बेल ना देकर बहुत बड़ी गलती की है । सामान्य रूप से कोर्ट बेल दे दिया करती है लेकिन जब कोई मामला असामान्य हो तो फिर बेल ना दिया जाना इस बात की पुष्टि करता है की prima fasi मे ही इस केस में यक्ति का सम्मलिप्त होना जान पड़ता हो तो फिर उस यक्ति को बेल ना दी जाए यदि वह अपने पद के प्रभाव का बचाव में कर सकता हो ।

Actually,it is a glaring example of judicial dishonesty/ tyranny by a justice at the High court level showing his affiliation with the ideology of political vendetta rather than the spirit of justice. What would happen to the rule of law in the presence of such justices even ignoring basic principles of bail jurisprudence. 🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹

Trial court judge is more competent than HC judges in question.

Mr kejriwal should appoint you as his advocate in place of Mr Shinghavi to get bail.

We, the janta of India are of the view that the judges Delhi HC give mostly pro BJP govt judgments. We are fully confident that CJI Chandrachud will quash this poor stay order judgment of Delhi HC.

Mustafa Sahab Jo izzat insaafi yaa court ki thi. Sab khatam ho gayi hai. Insaaf football ban gaya hai. Kabhi is court mai kabhi uss court mai. Pata nhi football khel rhe hai yaa nenis court hai yaa batmentel court. Bass it's sure hai citizens ko bewaqoof samj ke bewaqoof banaa rhe hai aur unke iss khel mai india ki social justic democratic justice ko political khel bana diya aur india ko barbaad kr diya.
