क्या आप hair transplant करवाना चाहते है? क्याआप जानना चाहते है की how long does it take to recover from hair transplant?
Surgery के बाद Normal activity जल्दी चालू कर सकते है. Donor area पर dressing होता है. यह dressing FUE surgery में दूसरे ही दिन निकालते है. लेकिन, FUT surgery में आपको अपने doctor की सलाह पर ही ये dressing को निकालना पड़ेगा. अगर hair transplant में आपके beard से भी grafts लिए गए है, तो उस area में पहले दो दिनों तक छोटे छोटे ज़ख्म दिखेंगे जो की अड़तालीस घंटो में भर जाते है.
ऐसी cases में Procedure के तीन दिन बाद आपको beard shaving करना होता है, जिससे उस area का पूरा scab निकल जाता है. वो area clean हो
जाता है, और healing भी fast होता है. तीन दिन के बाद beard area में कोई भी wound दिखाई नहीं देता है. सिर्फ थोड़ा redness होता है. जो की छह से सात दिनों में निकल जाता है.
अब देखते है की recipient या grafted area कैसे recover होता है. FUE या FUT दोनों procedures में Graft को implant करना same ही होता है.
इसीलिए, इन दोनों procedures में grafted area का recovery time same ही होता है. Grafts को implant करते समय आपके scalp के bald area पर
छोटे छोटे incisions बनाये जाते है, जिसमें grafts को implant किया जाता है, जिसके कारण आपके सिर पर swelling आता है.
ये swelling face पर ना आये इसीलिए forehead पे एक elastic sticking लगाया जाता है. Gravity की वजह से swelling आपके face पर ना आए इसलिए ज्यादा देर बैठना, या खड़े रहना avoid करना होता है. आपको surgery के बाद कम से कम दो दिन के लिए पूरा rest करना पड़ता है, ताकि ये swelling
आपके सिर के पीछे से कही और disperse ना हो. Surgery के बाद आपके grafts पूरी तरह से survive होने के लिए और उनका खुद का blood supply
तैयार होने के लिए कम से कम एक हफ्ते का समय लगता है. इस दौरान आपको इन grafts को disturb नहीं होने देना है. उनकी proper care लेना बहुत ही ज़रूरी होता है.
Surgery के कुछ दिन बाद scabbing दिखाई देता है. यह बहुत ही common है. Surgery के पांच दिन बाद head wash चालू होता है, जिससे सात से दस दिनों में ये scabs अपने आप गिरने लगते है. यह आपके healing process का ही एक हिस्सा है.
एक हफ्ते में आप अपना normal routine follow कर सकते है. आपके doctor आपको कुछ post-operative instructions देंगे, उन्हें follow करना बहुत ज़रूरी है. आपका recovery time कितना होगा यह आपके surgery के type, complexity और length पर depend करता है.

Sir .. I am suffering from diffused style of hair loss.. and i have consulted a few dermatologists and among them 2 doctors prescribed me with minoxidil or procapil and finasteride 1mg . But they said it was difficult for them to differentiate or identify it properly from the possible scenarios of alopecia such as MPB, telogen effluvium, alopecia areata. There was sudden diffusive thinning(within one month) in the front in a particular spot and other areas like in the side of the head(but in such areas the diffusive thinning was not limited to a particular spot rather it was spread along the side) NB: one doctor also did a pull test and hardly 3 strands came after the pull test.. Irrespective of the pull test i lost hair during the medication course which i took for 1 whole month so even with the ambiguity in my case i followed procapil+finasteride 1mg for one whole month. Unfortunately i have seen no improvement in the front. Though i am able to hide those areas with my long unaffected hair. Im quite anxious about my problem..which made me read a lot of medical journals in the web , and when i read about *diffuse alopecia areata* it kind of matched almost 80% symptoms. Sir what are the medication for diffused alopecia areata? Im also loosing hair from other parts of my body such as from legs thighs ans private areas.. I am doubtful about this..i doubt whether this is because of the finasteride 1mg usage Thank u

Hello, Results of minoxidil are seen after 5-6 months. First of all minoxidil should not be used without consulting Dermatologists to avoid its side-effects. If your hair fall still persists I would suggest you to consult Dermatologists near you, get examined, that will help you.

DHT is one of the main causes of hair loss, but other factors are also associated with it such as Nutritional deficiencies like Vit. B12, Vit. D, Iron, Calcium. Also Hormonal imbalances like irregularity in thyroid hormone, Telogen effluvium, in case of extreme physical or mental stress for which you need to do some blood investigations, to determine if the hair loss is due to above causes. Hello Agnish, Once hairs have fully miniaturized, and are lost, there is no treatment to bring them back. Only hair transplantation is the treatment. Hairs in early thinning can be stimulated and strengthened by drugs, prp and laser- so medical therapy is important to prevent future hair loss.

Hello Rahul, Remove the dressing of the donor area from the next day. Start with applying antiseptic ointment over the donor area for three days but not to the recipient area. There is no fixed minimum age for undergoing hair transplant surgery. However, doctors say 25 years is considered the minimum age because hair loss begins to stabilize at this age. But I suggest you consult the dermatologist once for your hair loss queries.
