How 'Leaving Neverland' Influenced Michael Jackson's Legacy

Ойын-сауық

The lawyer for Michael’s estate had this to say about this recent turn of events: “We trust that the truth will ultimately prevail with Michael’s vindication yet again. Michael Jackson himself said, ‘Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons.’
We’ll see how this latest saga plays out. In the meantime, what do you think of these allegations?

I hear what you're saying but an adult having parents bring their son to Mr. Jacksons' estate so he can play with them just doesn't make sense. If Mr. Jackson wanted to do something for the child and his family he could've paid for a trip to Disney or other family vacation spot. And what about his own children, why not spend time with them and play with them. Again, this just doesn't make sense.

Everyone well, I'll say anyone and everyone. That plans to make any comment or have any opinion about the subject should first do their own research thoroughly. I think you will come to the conclusion that it's all of course, very controversial. And I don't mean to be sarcastic or rude. It's simply misunderstood because so many people have the wrong facts or completely false facthanks and don't do their own research instead of just listening to what media outlets and KZread videos. And documentaries have to say.😢

Tbh what I always think why Michael likes to hangout with kids is because he missed being a child. He was forced to grow up too fast, he was forced to work too soon that he couldn't experience being a child. Surrounded with children may make him think being a child again; sleepover, playing games, general hangouts and chatting, and maybe 'being naughty' sneaking drinking alcohol while underage. This is the only reasoning I can think of if he is truly innocent.

Not to mention to save money, his father forced all of his sons to share one bedroom at hotels. They taunted him for his shyness and it certainly marked his resentment toward them all when he became the star of the show.

Although I am convinced that he is innocent after doing my own research, this commenter could not have put it any better & I completely agree that anybody that doesn't have a definitive opinion, one way or the other should leave it alone & let the family grieve and definitely leave the estate of Michael Jackson alone. As for any of you that are seeking money from the estate, you don't deserve it & didn't do anything to earn it and he will have many Grandchildren and great-grandchildren and so on to come that should be able to inherit or reap the benefits if you will of his hard work and fame, which he sacrificed a lot in order to gain. They deserve it if anything not greedy a** thieving liars & just ridiculous human beings. He got the literal s***, beat out of him Starting at a very small age for very small grievances, and sometimes probably for no reason at all and then when he started to get old enough sort of be out of that situation and live his own life, he immediately had to become a recluse unless he was performing because anywhere he went there was a mob coming for him. He could not be normal. First of all, he was not normal to begin with, and had mental issues and probably delays in development mentally from being traumatized as a child and growing up in that lifestyle of fame. Having his childhood stolen from him. I don't believe for a second that someone like him would be. RIP Michael Jackson FOREVER THE ONE AND ONLY KING OF POP!!!!! 👑🪦🙏🕊

I’d like to mention that there’s a video on KZread of a local news broadcast from 1989 featuring MJ and James Safechuck at a Zales jewelry store shopping for “wedding rings”. Jackson was wearing a disguise, and He was apparently having the boy try on the rings, and he claimed that he was marrying a woman (he said it was Sheryl crow), and this young boy had the same ring size as her, so he brought him along to try on the rings. The security guards thought it was suspicious, so they approached him, and he ended up having to explain who he was, then he gave the engagement ring excuse. Do celebrities usually get their engagement rings at a strip mall Zales? Or do they special order them and custom design then? Have y’all ever heard anything about MJ even dating Sheryl crow? Let alone being engaged to her? Yeah, me neither. By all means, don’t take my word for this, look up the video yourself. It’s still on KZread. James’ story about the rings absolutely checks out.

I think Michael was socailly and maturely stunted. Having such a sad and abusive childhood definitely made him want to be the kid he never got to be. He obviously didn't understand adult/child boundries, but I honestly never got the "predator" vibe from him. Macauley Culkin's interview was most telling for me. He was so articulate, intelligent and well spoken. It definitely seems he would have the maturity and fortitude to tell the public if Michael had done something abusive toward him. His defense of Michael came off as someone who honestly understand Michael and his quirks... not someone who was brainwashed or cohearsed into defending his abuser. Given all the inconsistencies between the accusers, the lawyers... and the amount of money involved... I do think Jackson could be innocent.

No offense, but Macaulay was a famous child, so their platonic friendship is not compelling to me. It would be entirely believable that Michael wouldn't touch him, and if he did anything, it would be with non-famous, less wealthy kids/families, who would be easier targets. I genuinely don't know if MJ was guilty or not, and I can see arguments for and against but unless photographic evidence emerges now, we'll never truly know. We should let him RIP and his family deal with his premature loss.

And now they're calling him the worst thing you can think of. I think his wanting kids around was simply to get the essence and innocence of childhood.. To give them the experience of a lifetime.. Sleeping with or being in the bed with them.. Not something I'd recommend, simply because of the implications but on it's own, doesn't make someone a predator.. Not a single one of the allegations rang true to me.. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Some people don’t understand that the way the sleepovers were, it wasn’t just Michael with some random kids by himself. There were other adults there that made sure the kids had a good time and enjoyed their stay at neverland. Some kids was his own family, others family friends and some even sick or disabled kids. He did it for them to have fun and always advocated protecting the children which some human beings need to learn bc there’s so many people out there being abusive both physically and emotionally to kids. There’s a video on KZread showing him sitting with all the kids with other adults around and them having story time. He did not just chill with random kids, if he did, a guardian or their parents were with them and most likely, they were fans of his. The kids were only allowed over if they had a parent or guardian with them unless they were his blood or families he befriended. These allegations been proven false over and over again. He was investigated thoroughly and the fbi even assisted in the investigation. Leaving neverland lies we’re exposed over and over to the point where they literally took it off HBO for a little and put it back on where some scenes, that were exposed as lies, were cut out so they could save their asses. Yes SA victims are out there an led it takes a lot to speak out! But I hate that there are people that will lie when it’s real victims out here with no voice.

I personally think that he enjoyed being around kids doing things that he was never allowed to do. I may be completely wrong but if I had to choose I would choose his innocence. I don't think MJ abused those boys. Seems like he didn't get to have a childhood and things like that really can cause a sort of age regression. Maybe he wanted to be a better guide to up and coming stars than his father was. I really don't know, a lot of that Neverland stuff was bizarre, true, but so were the parents who were more than happy to take his money.

I have a theory about Michael Jackson. It doesn't excuse his behavior (if he did assault children) but it is interesting to think about. So, Michael was only a small boy when the Jackson 5 became a sensation. I think from that point on he was not allowed to be a normal little boy with friends and school and playdates. That life basically stunted his growth both emotionally and maturity wise, so he stayed a little boy rather becoming a young adult and then a man. With the mentality of a lonely little boy who wanted to play with friends, he built a home fit for an 8-year-old to draw in as many playmates as he possibly could. I don't know whether he abused children or not but I do know that he behaved as if he never grew up, so Neverland was a fitting name for his home.

I will tell you one thing. The maid that got fired for stealing from the ranch, Jordan Chandler, Gavin Arvizo, James Safechuck, Wade Robson, and some other disgruntled employees have all stated that they witnessed Michael was sexually abusing them or other children. To this day there hasn't been an iron clad proof or evidence backing these claims. And another thing there has been admission from an anti-jackson fan/reporter that has seen footage of the police interviewing a boy to basically goat him into saying "come on you can tell us Michael has done this to many other kids before". They were feeding that child the line as it was a set up. Just like corrupt (district attorney) Tom Sneddon falsified evidence against MJ Absolutely disgusting

For those claiming a "similar story," I am certain your story is not like James Safechuck and Wade Robson. Did you create a LIE about molested or having "sex" at a place that DID NOT EXIST during your timeline as James Safechuck DID? If you don't know, James Safechuck was born February 28, 1978 and claims abuse from 10 to 14 or 1988 to 1992. He claimed he had honeymoon sex on the 2nd floor of Michael's Train House. One MAJOR problem. Michael got the permit to build the train house in September 1993 and it was not built until the summer of 1994 when James was 16. At this time, James was TALLER than MJ. 🤣 During a massive 1993 investigation, launched August 17, 1993, did you say you knew for a FACT he didn't do it and it's "Sick" for the Chandler's to claim it? That's what Wade Robson said at age 10. He knew and understood it as SICK. As an adult, did you walk into a courtroom, risking going to jail for 5 years, put your hand on the bible and say Michael Jackson NEVER touched me?? That's what Wade Robson did. So how is your story similar??? 🤣

I find it interesting how the overall opinion is that MJ was innocent. Lots of people "never had a childhood" and yet don't have years worth of sleepovers with boys (and no girls or adults included). And why was it EXCLUSIVELY boys and no girls only he hung out with if it was all innocent childhood fun? At the Neverland ranch, parents and girls were segregated to another area of the park (motel rooms and such) when he wanted to do sleepovers with boys who had families along with them. That says it all for me. That he was MJ makes no difference to me, I'm not starstruck, I look at the facts. That, and part of a creepy interview where he is sitting next to a boy, and MJ is telling the interviewer: "There's nothing more loving than sharing a bed together" while he hugged this little boy. Uhhh yep, that's not normal.

Wade alone deserves to be exposed but that would only feed the need for attention. It one thing to be dragged around by your awful family coaching you with very clearly conflicting, everchanging press tours & interview rather than focusing on your "abused" kid getting help away. To being pushed in front of Cameras, only after MJ very openly became tired, annoyed of both families clearly and repetitively taking advantage of his kindness & generosity, which was reported by many Neverland visitors and guests including grown women, girls & parents who slept over at the same time but that never got reported . Just like MJ's "bedroom" was actually a 2 storey mall size arcade, cinema, bowling alley ect and guests were often given guided tours and almost full access to the place, chefs ect while he was usually busy in studio after greeting people or travelling but didn't want his absence to stop the joy of fans at Neverland. Printing this would have made him seem like a kind individual and not a monster like the press wanted though. J & W both literally have a recollection worse than my 90 grandad who has alzhiemers. None of us were there but as a survivor myself I definitely wouldn't want to be the lead choreographer in a circus solei dedicated to celebrating my abuser🤔🤯. Everyone's trauma recall & reactions are different which needs to be acknowledged. However, It's damn strange timing that Wade only started bringing up all of this again when he found out they didn't choose him to choreograph again... a a celebratory tour & remembrance of his "abuser." These 2 baboons asses couldn't haven't caused all this alone just like Wade couldn't choreograph for the tour 😂. The media was awful for sensationalism even if the cost was honesty, integrity snd transparency. The big company's are still owned by the same morally bankrupt elite families at the top who are questionable and bias at best. As long they get papers sold, clicks, likes & Ad rev who cares? Seems to be their business agenda. They deliberately missed out on reporting, interviewing & not publishing anything that didn't fit their agenda and selective image of Michael. As he refused to put his kids and all his private life out there for the world media when they wanted a Kardashian type set up that benefitted them financially. He rightfully gave them dust, especially given how he was mistreated & disrespected by the media and people like Oprah. allowed his babies to make their own choice about the public eye which his kids still are thankful for to this day. Sadly, back then we didn't have SM so people could fact check, question/challenge & share the truth and their experiences in a simple post. I think this would have gone down very differently now and Wade and james who's a mockery to genuine survivors would have been exposed using ghtir own lies and changes in narratives and finding Neverland would have been ripped to shreds as it deserved to be.

So much crap was being said that he decided to leave. It was a benefit to other countries because NOBODY there believed ANY of the allegations. If you actually listen to his life story you would KNOW that the Jackson kids grew up being abused by their dad (not sexually) and they didnt have a real childhood. Their entire life was work because of Joe Jackson. He lived off his kids success until the Jackson 5 broke up and Michael went solo. However, it has always bothered me that people ultimately always think that something is sexual when it’s only innocent. Things can be innocent. Not everyone is driven by sexual urges. And in this case, I think that was what was driving Michael Jackson. He was clearly socially dysfunctional. Being a huge popstar does not negate the fact that he was likely mentally/socially wildly under developed! He wanted to be with children, because he understood them, and they understood him!

One reason I think Michael preferred to hang out with children mostly and to the point to where he would always visit children hospitals while out on every single one of his tours was simple and kind of like what McAuley said where with Children Michael knew that he can be himself, have fun, and children wouldn’t always have their hands out and always want something from him and did NOT care about his money. They were simply happy with his presence and Neverland was like a Fair so they would have fun with that and he would shower the children in the hospitals with love and gifts. His whole life Michael was a Meal Ticket to damn near everyone around him and sadly the only time he got to be himself was when he would visit children hospitals, fundraisers, or invite so many to Neverland Ranch. His children even made him happy as well and he would often take them to less privlaged places to show them that their lives were NOT normal and that they were lucky to have everything they did so they should appreciate it he would even pass down his love of helping as well as Prince is now known to be helping the less fortunate around LA and taking it further and never once would you catch Michael’s Kids acting like most people today, you can tell that they truly care and truly love and miss their father. If Michael was truly a Monster like everyone tries to make him out to be you would see that reflected in his Kids but instead it’s nothing but compassion & love & understanding & the will to continue their fathers work and help where they can. I love that his Kids are involved with the new movie coming out cus that means it’s being done 100% with love.

Also it's extremely common for people to take years or decades to process what happened to them, and to finally accept they have been taken advantage of.
