If the boss teleports in the mid and looks upwards, he does this pattern. You go at 7, then at 6, and then near him but not in his circle. There is also a cheese pattern where you go at 7 first and then downwards at 6 for the next 2 explosions. If the boss teleports in the mid and looks downwards, he does the white-green skull mech. You go towards the edge of the arena and move around to avoid the skulls, especially the white ones.

Boss has 2 pattern that are the same but different. He teleport into middle then 1) Big Circle Pattern or 2) Small Circle Pattern. Above is number 1 where you stand at a X relative to the boss then far behind him, then closer behind him. Number 2 is the skull where you just stick to 6 o'clock and dodge the green skull that gives high gauge and white skull that fears.

dodge at 45° then far 6oclock then close 6oclock. Just like he did in the clip.

To add to these comments, the slime dodge positions are relative to the boss. It's 45 degrees (or 5/7 o clock) relative to the boss.
