Now THIS IS what you call a "home".
Can they please let Waldo Fernandez talk? The architect literally answers every single question with his monotonous valley dude voice while Waldo makes little comments here and there when his input is what I really clicked on the video for. He says the same thing every question while Waldo has creative and professional input when he can't even speak!
wish I could pay someone else to design a beautiful home for me and then be praised for being 'super involved' and 'on time for every meeting.' my interior designer is goodwill :( lol
It is a beautiful home. Kendall could live here forever and the home could grow & adjust as her life changes. The house has so much personality. 😊
the amount of "kind of" and "you know"'s by Clements.............didn't even let Waldo speak
the dude with the cap speaks way too much! was kind of ruining the vibe for me. but stunning home, absolutely beautiful 🤩
I love the house however I’m not convinced of the art room just by seeing the type of paint on the shelves. I love the team of architects and designers. They created a beautiful place.
I'm surprised at how much I loved this home, it's stunning but very relatable. Kudos to the architects and Kendall!!
Her home looks like a dream. I had no idea James Turrell sells his installations, thats how you know you have great taste when you seek out icons in their field like James and Barbra Kruger. chic af
I think that alot of people are liking and/or loving this house is because its pretty relatable. Meaning.. Even though this house is a Spanish/ Mediterranean the decorum is versatile enough to work in different spaces (with some tweaks to personal art). The decor would work in a Colonial style house, or a Tudor, Southern Traditional etc. The Clements and Waldo Fernandez are really good at balancing modern, antiques and Mid century (either vintage or re-edition) furniture that creates a harmony OR a "well traveled" space.
I love how personal the house is. I am so inspired by the designs and just about everything the vibe, the architecture, the serenity, warm colours, all mixed with personal touch and usability. I definitely am inspired from this piece of masterpiece. I hope to have a home that is just as beautiful and warm like this. 🤍🤍🤍
I love seeing the architects break down the ideas and inspiration for their design. Of all the Kardashian/Jenners, this home is the coziest and most down to earth. Well done! (Love the art studio and kitchen).
Love this format, so interesting to know the story behind every corner!
I love her home. It’s very cozy and “laid back” in a good way. I aspire to have something similar, one day😂😍👌
I’m sorry I’m reading the comments about how one designer is talking more than others and is being rude, you do realise someone has edited the video and has chosen what you see and hear. Granted he is doing most of the talking but maybe that’s the dynamics of their relationships.

Can we all agree that the art studio is the cleanest studio you can have? Even the brushes are still pristine white... But I really love the house it has good vibes
@MTMF.london
3 жыл бұрын
The studio is the cleanest and the brushes are pristine white because they've not been used. It's just like the massive kitchens that are spotless and the library/studies with hardly any book - they are never used. They are there just to show off, to tell the public how much money these celebrities have, how big their homes are.
Those who are saying only one person talked. I'm an architect and interior designer and I could tell that he wa the 'designated' talker of the group.this is how client meetings go. You can't overwhelm your client with 10 different voices so usually one person takes over. That doesn't mean other people in group are less valued. This is just how it works. Should they have changed this dynamic during interview sure . It comes out awkward but I can tell from my experience they treated this like any other design meeting. Where one person took charge and others were mentally taking notes and giving inputs where needed.

But this isn't a design meeting, and even if it was you know that isn't how those meetings work. He was the Architect, not the designer it would have been nice to hear more of Waldo. Everyone gets to have their voice in a design meeting, because not everyone has the same responsibility/task.

@@chs75 from what I understand this was a renovation project. All three of them worked on interiors as well. I don't think this is a new building. That actual Hannah Montana room in the show was something else. That actual closet felt like it was the size of the whole house. Malibu is definitely one of the best places to live in California. It's away from the LA city but not too far This house in this video is in Sherman Oaks, which is also away from the city but not as away from the city as Malibu. Malibu is probably the first place I'd want to live if I had to choose a place to stay in LA. There's something about a private beach and ocean views that hits you differently to city views
