I hope they come out with kelp shakes soon

I absolutely love kelp/kombu i add it to my chicken and beef and veggie stocks when im making soup. I add it to any pot of beans. It seems to really help with how gassy you end up. Plus it adds such a lovely umami to my cooking plus adds iodine. Even jelps watering my plants. I put a few squares in the barrel. And let them rot in. I water with it and it really perks up my greens and lettuces

It's only sustainable if ocean temperatures stay where they'll at or go down. That's the problem with climate change, The oceans are warming up and environments are dying.
