For the TMF fam, who haven‘t got that much time: 1. Fitting Waist - sholud fit so snug that you don’t need a belt 2. Right rise - always pick mid rise, right below waist and no sagging 3. Hips and butt - Should fit snug on butt region and fill it out, no sagginess (Do Squats for better results) 4. Thighs - not to slim or skinny, make the test (If you can grab 0.5-1 inch on the sides it fits right) 5. Length - Never bunch of the pants at the bottom, not to baggy 6. Great advice. It's tougher for us older dad bod types, no longer have the bod to fill them out properly. I never liked the sagging look, but it has grown on me over the years, but know better than to attempt pulling that one off. I am guilty of wearing my levis a bit too long, but I dread buying them, having them shrink slightly looking like I'm walking in a flood. I agree about the tapered leg openings, and you can always cuff the jeans if they are a bit too long. You must have a good tailor. My eyes are usually drawn to the usual poor cuff tailoring job which can make even the best jeans look like crap.

I find the levies 511 fits me really really well I get a 511 in a 29/30 reference im 5”10 about 165 in shape they fit great off the rack if anything u may want to make the tapper even smaller if ur weird but there’s slim down very nicely to a small cuff at the bottom

one thing i learned about jeans, if they don't feel good, they're not for you. feel comfortable that's the most important thing

I have to disagree about the rise. A high rise is very beneficial for most men. It males your legs look longer (which makes you look taller) and they are a lot more comfortable as well. Through history men's trousers always sat at the natural waist, even jeans (see vintage Levi's). Plus, after you get used to a high rise any low rise pants will just look out of proportion and aesthetically unpleasing (mid rise is ok for the most part though).

I normally hate these videos because I think I'm a stylish know-it-all, but this video is brilliant. I've made so many denim mistakes over the years. I do wear a watch, a bracelet and a necklace of some sort, (nothing sparkly, faceted or too colourful) be it a black simple rope necklace or a silver chain. I notice accessories on people and when you're wearing something plain, like a plain black t-shirt and black jeans, a gold watch or a pendant necklace can instantly make you look cool, but if you get it wrong, like wearing a pendant necklace over a jumper, you will look quite uncool.

Jose always makes sure I am on point and looking good I get complements on my style and its all thanks to Jose. This video taught me a lot considering I am a teen and I do not want to be looking like a sausage

Got an RG&B bracelet. Broke after 1 month, but customer service was nice enough to send a replacement. Stay tuned for updates on the new ones life.

I have tried to solve the butt sagging for a long time, but it keeps sagging. Lower rises work better on me, but the jeans stretches out in a day and starts sagging, and i have to keep pulling up my pants. It feels like my muffintop pushes the jeans down aswell. I have found a pair of jeans that almost works, they fit perfect right out of the washing machine, i do not need a belt, but after half a day the jeans stretches out and starts sagging in the butt. I assume it would be better if i lost some weight, as my muffintop is pushing the jeans down aswell.

Dude. Tailoring. I've been watching you and AlphaM since June last year. I never even was aware of or considered tailoring for anything but a suit, until you guys. please do a comprehensive video on tailoring. Where to go? What to look for? How much per outfit or per piece? How long does it take? Please keep helping me!!

Did the 13 in circumference or 6.5 across on some pants. And it made a huge difference in looks. Pants look way better now. Going to do this on all pants now.

Thank you for mentioning inseam length. I feel alot of people overlook this part... especially young people. But I would also say if you are average height 5'9" or under this part can be hard especially for jeans since finding a proper inseam under 30" is very hard and rare since most clothing companies never make an inseam under 30". Finding cropped jeans for men, in USA is also quite rare.

Yes, as mentioned by @pjgppjgp: get the longer jeans tailored. I highly recommend wearing and washing it 1-2x before going to the tailor's. Jeans do shrink eventually and if it's tailored to desired length, after washing it will get shorter (Bummer, don't ask me how I know. If you mind wearing them when still too long - consider rolling them up a bit on outside or fold the ends over to the inside after putting them on. Another word of caution: a human's legs aren't always same length. I recommend asking the tailor to fit both sides, not just one side and duplicating that to the other leg. They usually don't mind and it is properly bespoke then for the same price.

There are so many types of jeans out there. Choose the one that express who YOU are and fits your personally and lifestyle. Choose clothes that let YOU shine through. Be bold. Do you and be proud of it. Saggy pants, skinny jeans, country boy wrangler... you are beautiful when you are YOU.

I had so many issues with Rose Gold and Black tbh. We ordered a necklace and bracelet back on black Friday and it has yet to arrive... They haven't sent it and they won't give us a refund. It wasn't stolen off the porch or anything because 1 we have cameras so we could see 2 the "tracking code" says it hasn't left the warehouse yet. It has been 2+ months already.

When you're a skinny guy up top but got a big back and thighs shopping for jeans is a mazza

I always have a problem with pretty much every pair of pants I've ever worn where they always fall down and are too tight. Like usually I have to hold the belts loop on the back of my pants when crouching and it falls to over half of my butt, this also happens with shorts and I don't know why. My main theories are that I have giant thighs and I'm 6'2 which means my legs are really long. I've noticed that on pants they get extreamly tight on my knees when crouching down and my outer thigh is really tight too. I usually try to get relaxed and stretch fit pants because all of the others ones don't fit and even with the tapered ones I like them but they taper too early on my leg, constricting the knees. For my clothes I've been getting a size 46x30. 46 is too loose but fits my thighs much better (and I've never seen a 48 in a store before) and 44 seems to be good on my waste but almost impossible to fit on my thighs. I've noticed even with large draw string shorts I still need to hold the back from falling down sometimes even when fitting the string to my waist. If you could help me out you'd literally be saving me from something I've been struggling with for almost my whole life.

Getting a good fitting pair of jeans can be troublesome for someone, like myself, who has been stricken with a bad case of "gone-ass disease," but I find that Levi 527s will likely fit us best.

Haha. I feel like gay guys care more about guy butts than girls do. So if you want to get more attention from gay guys then follow Jose’s advice.

I just make sure my pants are good in the butt and waist, then I tailor them on my own. Re-did the first pair 3 times, just making improvements before I had it down doesn't take very long. Though as I am getting busier, and buying more jeans than ever, I will probably start dropping them off to get tailored. It's only like 15-20$ at most places in my area.

In my opinion high rise jeans are awesome because they give a really good 80s look which is the best look to me.
