Does this soda maker make carbonated soft drinks such as: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, 7up, Sprite, Mirinda?

YOu don't have to buy C02 cartridges after the first one (or two if you rotate) You just recharge them for 1/2 price.

What's the point of buying this? Having to constantly buy CO2 cartridges completely defeats the purpose of not having to constantly have to buy cans

Its good for 6 liters. Thats quite a bit for sparkling water. Oh waiting its 60 liters

You're not really getting it young buck (probably in more ways than one), and since you "don't care about waste" you can really save on rent and just go live at the dump... or maybe the pacific gyre is more the place for you!
