Great Video Bob, especially for an old certified Welder to watch 🤘🏻🪵🇺🇸
This video is great! I’m impressed by the quality process and the highly professional Wolfe Ridge people working on this splitter. Their attention to detail and use of technology shows they care and are nice guys too! Since I depend on my splitter everyday it brings peace of mind to know it’s built and designed so well and by employees who care. Thanks again for the video and for the fine products you produce.
I could watch that robot weld all day. Hey, I am retired. Lol.
I am no welder by any means, but this was awesome to watch. 😉👍

I need to do this for the HDI, AND the walk around / demo video. Looking forward to getting my hands on one.
That was really cool! I saw the welds on the models at Hartville a few months ago and was impressed at how smooth they were. Thanks Bob!.

The best parts of robotic welders is consistency.

I totally agree Bert. I work in a fabrication shop as a welder. They sound like a swarm of bees. lol. That sound is pulse welding. The shop I work in has a Vectus, like the one in the video as well as a Cloos (6 axis robot) with a rotisserie table/ bar that rotates 360 degrees so you can load the next part as it is welding the other one. Hard to explain. Lol
Man that cool!! Looking forward to part 2!! Thanks Bob!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day

WOW! Amazing is too mild of a word. What a world of difference from the old rented single bay you were welding in back at the beginning, huh Chris?

I wonder how many work comp injuries the crane will save? Probably psid for itself already in reduced riek of injury, not to mention faster moving of parts.
Bob, When will wolf ridge unveil the wood processor?
Gas shielded flux-core for tacking and robotic welding?
So cool. 🏗️ and 🤖 makes the job much easier.

One thing that is very apparent, Chris has invested so much into this facility and equipment with the employees in mind. Things like the cranes and the robot are just a couple examples.
Dam, i need a gravy job like this.
