@@ChristianJune32002 No, several passages indicate that faith in Christ alone saves. For example, John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Romans 5:1-2, Romans 10:9-10, etc. One of the thieves on the cross believed in the Lord and was saved (Luke 23:40-42).

@@worldsojourner1 Acts 2:38 shows that salvation requires baptism with water. Galatians 3:26-27 shows that faith in Jesus involves baptism with water. New covenant salvation requires baptism with the Holy Spirit. Baptism with the Holy Spirit began on Pentecost. Therefore new covenant salvation began on Pentecost. The Penitent Thief was saved before Pentecost. Therefore the Penitent Thief was saved before new covenant salvation began. Therefore the Penitent Thief’s salvation didn’t require baptism with water.

Labor pains are no joke. Although they come on sudden, in the beginning they're not bad and are far apart but as you get further into labor they get WAY more intense and closer together. Usually by 6 cm dilated a woman psychology wants to tap out, but obviously can't. 🙄

Hebrews 9:15-17: “Therefore he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant. For where a will is involved, the death of the one who made it must be established. For a will takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive.” Hebrews 9:15-17 proves that Jesus had to die for the new covenant to take effect. @@ChristianJune32002 well you gave me a lot to think about....I was baptized as a Catholic (without water) 25 years ago and then shortly after got away from them but never got rebaptized....I guess you think I need to, huh?

I would like to see some explanation of 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17 and first Corinthians 15:51-52, what Paul describes in these two text can not be seen in Revelation in the second coming, all you see there is the resurrection of the martyrs of the great tribulation, and an explanation of what Jesus means by ''one will be taken and the other left'' would be good too.

@@ChristianJune32002 God breathes life into us when we are born and I remember Jesus Helping me when I was six years old. I am not a Christian. I am a follower of Jesus. I Obey Gods Commandments and Seek Jesus for Help. Jesus has always kept me Safe..but sometimes I didn’t listen. He kept me Safe anyway..but I had some pretty scarey times.

@@ChristianJune32002 I am so sorry..that was not a helpful answer. If you ask a typical Christian they will definately say Yes..but I had something Helping me at six. I think it was Jesus. But I was baptized as a child at eight. I did not seem to need baptism but Christians will tell you that you do! So my answer..for me..was No. I personally don’t think you do. I don’t think baptism gave me more than what I already had!

Therefore people have to be baptized with water to be saved.

If you read the account in Gen 6 about the events leading up to the flood, the only marrying that was going on was the sons of God taking the daughters of men as wives. Something to think about when looking at Mat 24:36-39.

He is showing us so many signs, He is coming so very soon

@@ChristianJune32002 no look at the thief on the cross… He said to Jesus “remember me when you come into your kingdom” and Jesus said “today you will be with Me in paradise”. Baptism is a great thing to do as a sign of your being washed from sin and born again but it is not a requirement to be saved and go to Heaven. Some people may tell you otherwise but it is not, otherwise Jesus would not have said that to the man on the cross. Jesus cannot lie. ✝️🕊 Romans 10:9. Our salvation depends solely on Jesus Christ. He paid it ALL.

Didn’t Jesus say that his generation wouldn’t pass before they see this day? And Paul was hellbent on it happening in his generation as well. But now Christians are trying to make it relevant to today and I don’t understand it at all.
