Gaza heath authority says that those killed at Al shifa Hospital by the IDF were infact displaced gazans returning from the south of gaza to the north and seeking some shelter after finding thier own homes had been demolished and also some hospital patients died as well . Journalists present inside thier own dedicated Press office in the hospital were arrested and removed , thier cameras confiscated and thier camera trucks destroyed by the IDF prior to IDF then conducting a search of the hospital using live fire inside the building . A gaza policeman responsible for security at the hospital was one of the deceased in the raid . This is despite the US government telling Israel not to target civil police .The raid has been declared as a war crime .
