In the United States, we call these Popsicles, or ice pops. I have never heard of frozen lollies until now! :P

they use the brine to freeze the lollies, not to make them -_- and yeah, they can use both, salt to avoid frezeen, and calcium to kee it liquid, if they don't use salt, they can't call it brine.

As usual Americans and English take the opposite sides of the road. lol The English use Lolly based on the first half of the word lollypop. The Americans use Popsicle (contraction of pop and icicle) based on the second half on the word lollypop.
