Ойын-сауық

In this video I show how I wired up my Everflo soft wash pump. It may not be how everybody does it but is how I did it.

Thanks I wanted to make a video that I couldn’t find to help me. No I really haven’t. Not one electrical issue. I moved things around on my skid this year, but the pump is still great. Only thing I’d do different is the actual wire. I got some stuff off of Amazon. The wire you can get at AutoZone is thicker. I liked it better.

Not sure what kinda wires come with it but my brand new pump worked for half a job and now I've got 0 electrical current. My battery is charged but no sparks at all. Not sure if something got wet or what but now I can't work 🙃

I’m not sure. It sounds like a bad pump to me. My last pump I had wouldn’t pull like the others I had before, and I had electrical problems non stop. When I swapped out the pump with a new one I haven’t had any issues.

I am not sure which end you are talking about. All the wires do get connected to the switch and then to battery. Each wire is different because when I first connected them I had them backwards

You use the red and black wire that are spliced together (if you can’t tell which that is it’s the one with the fuse on it) the other positive wire you just leave alone

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you did nothing for the wires efficiency.... Replacing half the harness's lines with thicker gauge wont do anything if you still have those crappy 16 gauge wires coming out of the unit. You haven't removed the weak point with the weak wires, you simply added thicker wires at the end. Right?
