Glad it was helpful! It’s really what I like most too - the ease in building these assets.

This is prompt engineering with a Gui interface. Question tho, can you create custom workflows? And can agents collaborate with each other?

I am a sw girl so i try to make my own tools, but as a business owner the decision is at a minimum based on ROI, data privacy, security, fit for purpose, ease of use, running cost, scalability etc

Same here!! I’m from software so don’t use third party wrappers like Cassidy cuz then my whole business rides on their existence which is too much stress for me, but agreed, build agents. My code uses whatever anyone wants and I come from automation background and can say it’s not quite accurate that you say you can’t access others , you prolly need a wizard like me lol

But crewai requires dev somewhat right? It's not truly no code from what I've seen. Cassidy looks loads easier.

You’d use them inside of Cassidy.

In a video like this, proof of agents doing actual work would have been nice. e.g. send it an email and see what it responds. I didn't even see much of a setup of how it links into email, apart from totally manually.

So long human customer service, it feels like I barely knew you because robots are taking over.

How does Cassidy compare to Make? It seems simpler but does it have the full functionality? Probs best just punching this question into ChatGPT 🤣

@ryanellison4884 haha, Make is a lot more robust, and I've used it (as well as Zapier), but I find Cassidy to be way more intuitive and simpler. You can also connect Cassidy, if you wanted, to Zapier (direct connection) or to Make via a webhook.

From what I can see, it’s a simplified version of some make workflow templates in a nice UI. Seems useful but not sure if it’s better to put the extra effort into just learning make as you can do a lot more on one platform and connect more apps. Cool though, I can see how someone could make a simple automation business out of this for the average business user.

Could you put your computer screen in dark mode? I can't see anything in light mode. Thank you.

@RickMulready I really enjoyed the video. I currently have paid accounts with both OpenAI and Anthropic. I can see how Cassidy would be valuable for accessing several models for the same workflow. And, the ability to store prompts that you want to re-use as assistants or agents. I really like that you have a prompt creator for both ChatGPT and Claude. Is there any chance that you would be willing to share the prompt creator prompt? Or perhaps, do a video to teach us how to create or own prompt creator!!! I enjoy your no-nonsense teaching. Keep up the good work!

Giving access to your email to 3rd party agents builder? Genius. Why would you do that, when there are literally 10's of local, self hosted options for agentic workflows with nice UI's?

If all you're trying to do is make a gotchya message, then you are currently holding yourself back. The only thing that matters is not whether he gets money from Cassidy, it is IS THIS REALLY A GREAT AI AGENT SOLUTION!? If so, then I'm glad he's getting paid. And I'm glad Cassidy is getting paid. That's what should happen when you provide potential value to others.
