how I've been accomplishing NOTHING yet STILL feeling BURNT OUT | the hh diaries EP 3

This is episode 3 of my podcast "the her habits diaries". In this one I ramble about my current Debbie downer state of unaccomplished almost nothing while being undeservingly burnt out all the time. On the upside, I talk about an upcoming music gig as well my new workout regimen and how it's calming and strengthening my mind. I reveal what I believe to be the 4 pillars of health.

I started a 9 to 5 recently...My first job at 30(Graduated this year in May)... Something new to me 🤣🤣 job pays fairly well... As someone who had mental health issues for most of my life...I feel imposter syndrome...Still don't feel like I deserve it... I'm also experiencing burnout... But I'm just gonna power through it... Work myself to death cause I finally got something good happening in my life...I can relate to your video from a different perspective...But I totally understand where you're coming from.

I'd say don't be so hard on yourself...As someone who used to be super hard and critical towards myself... I'd say reward yourself everytime you commit to something...If you get to do something productive in the day. Spoil yourself with a bubble bath or something you consider fun...Doesn't have to be anything fancy...Everytime you do something out of your comfort zone or when you don't feel like it...Reward it with something positive...How I developed the confidence to start doing things...Don't know if it helps...But you aren't alone, with regards to those thoughts...Hope things get better though...Just keep going 👍🏾👍🏾

Thank you for the tips, I think those things do help for sure. I’ve been looking into strategies for adhd, I can relate to so much of it for the issues I deal with. I got a mini trampoline yesterday I have in the living room for my editing breaks. I’ve started setting timers again for work periods and then breaks and my friend mentioned taking forced breaks as I will just keep going past the timer and then burn myself out. The rewarding AFTER the task is done is what I’m really working on. Having the timer helps to not get distracted and knowing I have a break soon is good. Right now 25 mins of work at a time with a 5-10 min break is working. Getting up and just walking around or going on the trampoline is helping to then focus again. When I’m hyper focused on something I can go hours and hours on end. I definitely have to balance things out and not only work in a hyper focused state or not at all. Thank you for all the support and encouragement🙏🙏🙏

I love Ricky Gervais!! There’s a video I just saved yesterday to my watch later playlist of him on 60 minutes Australia titled “Ricky Gervais’ funniest ever interview”. I love rewatching the clips of him hosting the golden globes and his new special on Netflix was great! I’ve never seen the Idiot Abroad show, thanks for the recommend! Haha, I was pretty shocked when i kept increasing the weight thinking woah I actually made some progress for once in my life lol. Thank you so much for tuning back in and commenting!🙏Much love❤️

lol. It’s funny how offended people get by meme videos that are meant to be jokes.
