I'm so jealous both of you will be there!!! My 8 yr old and I are going to a Victorian doll tea with our dolls (my Maryellen and her TM88 she named "Elizabeth") tomorrow. It's held annually by our local historical museum. May I suggest the My Life carrier... it has padded straps and both my daughter and I use it comfortably. I think it's such a good quality at $20. The version we have has a unicorn on a pocket on the front.
