Dude...it's not that hard. It's literally getting rid of bodyfat meaning you just have to be on a strict diet for a while. I've been shredded and all i did was eat two times a day and run as much as i could.

I agree! I lose my balance on lunges too and sometimes they hurt in a bad way, even if I keep the 90 degree rule. But I will try pushing with my heel instead of toe and see if I can start doing them again. Yaayy! I'm excited to try!
I remember the first time I saw Alicia for this role, I thought: that's my body goal. So strong, I think that's what makes it so beautiful, how strong she looks.

I would love if the playbook app workouts had commentary voiceover about correct posture, leg knee angles etc. would be so super handy to listen to it while performing the exercise. I know sometimes there are written notes with the exercise, but in the moment instructions go out the window, and I just try to copy what you are doing to the best of my ability.

Your videos are so informational Magnus. I have watched so many AT HOME BODY WEIGHT workouts and the instructors DO NOT explain the correct body form to have when using a specific exercise. Could you please post more WORKOUT videos? Or atleast a video explaining how the body form should be during a specific exercise (russian twists, planks, push ups .etc.)

This is great! So well explained and easy to follow. However, please do something with your camera method. It jumps from spot to spot and prevents seeing the whole frame of your body. So it becomes hard to fix the right position in your mind. Definitely staying on your chanel for long!
Loved Alicia and specially her dedication to becoming Lara whom I've always been a fan of. What I'd like is, get into and then maintain as close to Lara Croft shape as possible and then, when time to film approaches (a friend is doing an amateur-as good as- professional spin off of Tomb Raider and I will be Lara, can't wait), start getting to top shape. Wouldn't that be easier and healthier than training heavily 3 months before filming? It should start the upcoming spring. Ps, that's what I don't get when you mention 7, 8 months and another video said 3 mo.

Love this, such good tips + so interesting to see more of Alicia’s day to day would love more future videos of of alicias program!! My biggest problem areas are the flab and fat under my triceps and my love handles, it seems no matter what I do It stays. Would love a targeted video to how to lean out if you were doing a celebrity transformation in a small number of months. What would be the steps you would take.

That has to do with dieting, I'm sure there's a lot of videos on dieting out there that could help. While working out and running does help reduce the amount of fat on your body, a clean diet that reduces your caloric intake or just has whole, clean foods overall seems to help take care of fat. The only issue with this is that it's hard for most people to stick to a strict diet - even celebrities with trainers and mean plans.

Despite i liked Angelina Jolies Lara Croft more but i did like how really ripped Alicia had got for the character role , it definitely showed at the beginning of the Tomb Raider movie thats for sure when she was boxing , she still looked pretty dam impressive for being a slimmer woman compared to Angelina
