One of my favourite breakfast/lunch options is scrambled eggs with spinach, smoked salmon & avocado on toast topped with some chives, seasoning & chilli flakes. Very balanced, high in protein, tasty & has some great nutritional value too with the chilli flakes promoting a better metabolism.
I eat alone. I wasn't sure how to make overnight oats to my personal self size overnight oats. But, I to try it.

Unfortunately, alcohol stops fat burning up to 72 hours... I learned the hard way got fat while being in calorie deficit, working out, moving, and moderate carbs...the struggle is real

Magnus you are not accounting for the fact that carbs ( simple carbs) will raise insulin levels in at risk people and inhibit weight loss or even cause weight gain. 2000 cal of carbs is not going to be metabolized the same way as 2000 cal of fat in some folks. We are not Bunsen burners in a lab.
Low carb is better for SOME body types Magnus.

Genetics play a part in the decision of weight vs reps. I am an Ectomorph , thin bones and difficult to gain weight. I always get better results from lighter weight and higher reps....😊

Do you have any receipe of protein shake without protein powder.just with protein rich products? I make this shake wth banana, peanuts butter, row egg, yougurt, oats, orange, and milk or green tea moslty. Is delicious and consistent, i have it as breakfast. but i''m not sure how much is protein and how much carbs is there.

2:40 THIS. Some years ago I got my headphones and other stuff stolen, and since then grew out of the habit of wearing them outside of my house. I noticed how I started paying attention again to everything around me. The sounds of the trees, how they were moving, all the noise contamination that is there, the birds chirping. It was magical, nj. Some time later I finally went back to the gym and started noticing things like that in min 2:40 ... lol

Realistic, balanced, healthy, and sustainable no nonsense information and suggestions. “Eat as many vegetables as you want” “fruit is packed with nutrients and fiber” and the tips about adjusting carbs throughout the day based on what your eating (fruit, lentils, potatoes) and not eliminating them! Protein focus, Whole Foods, plant based protein alternatives, healthy whole grains. This is the type of balanced nutritional information that needs to be put out into the world!

I have been along for 5 patties and bunch of bacon strips every time I go to a fast food… Month and half and drop 18 lbs🎉 No bun, veggies, cheese…oh and water😇 My body and mind was so use to ice cream, and all of this SUGAR and CARBS…NO MORE🎉 I work in Dairy Queen by the way, and ice cream is delicious…BUT IM HOLDING ON EVERY DAY!💪🏽😎
