Huge safety callout there. Also place a towel over the side so if the lid shuts with you in it, suction doesn't form around the lip and trap you under.

for all the people that have an bathtub but don't know how to do this at home: • get yourself about 5-6 0.5l plastic-bottles and fill them with water •freeze those until the next day •fill your tub with cold water and then throw the frozen bottles in there • ENJOY! ❤

I've heard cold showers don't cut the mustard and to receive the benefits of cold plunging the water needs to be under 50°

@Desmond Schinkel Wish I had opportunity to take ice paths but in small apartment it aint rly possibility. I do however take cold showers and thats what I also did notice; first 60 secs are painful, after that it gets easier all the way to 5 minutes.

Did my first bath outside in a Rubbermaid 100 gallon. It was 38 F, water was 45. It was not easy lol. Gave it 3 minutes. I’m invigorating the say the least!!
