To stop cancer coming back yes there is something you can do, ad well as exercise - start consuming lots of fresh fruit and vegetables , and ditch anything dairy or meat based . It’s not rocket science 😁

You are right. The issue is people diagnosed with cancer do not die the same day and they think they have survived because they are still alive one year later. Ovarian cancer takes about 5 years to finally end your life. Not many survive to 5 years. The way to survive cancer is to overdose on nutrition. No meat, no processed foods no sugar no dairy. Use a plant based diet, fish every so often is ok. Juice Juice Juice, eat as raw as you can. This is a hard life change to make because we are all programmed on what to eat from our parents. Doctors are not taught nutrition, they only know CUT, BURN, POISON. Do people know that chemo was used in wars to kill populations? It was called Mustard gas then.

I was in remission for 2 years after my Frontline treatment for stage4b fallopian tube cancer. It came back with a vengeance. I am now dealing with stage4b peritoneal carcinomatosis and ascites. I have done carbo/ taxol which was awful, 95% debulking surgery where they cut me from chest to crotch and took out any Organ I could live without including my large intestines, did lynparza for 2 years, did carbo/ doxil, did avastin 6 months and none of this helped. I have been dealing with all of this since January 2019. Conventional treatment is not working so I am now going to try unconventional. Fasting, carnivore diet and repurposed meds.

Hi Tracy, I just saw your comment. I wanted to tell you to please be careful with putting complete faith in your doctors. I did and was eventually was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian last August 2019. I had symptoms for 5 years and I also had fibroids and a cyst. I asked for a ca125 and also a cat scan but the doctors were very dismissive and claimed that insurance would not pay for it. Pay for it yourself if you have to. It could save your life. No cancer or genetic mutations in my family. I am the first. I believe that 80% of cases are not genetic. What ever you do, please get these tests done. A cat scan is the best for diagnosing ovarian cancer. Don't put it off like I did.

I just know something isn’t right, I’ve gained a lot of weight too and I don’t eat junk food barely. I’m going back for another ultrasound and then I will follow up with this more intensely. What were your symptoms? I hope your doing well

@@tracydipalma300 If anything good can come out of what has happened to me it would be to help save someone else's life. I had over 7 ultrasounds over the past 5 years. The doctors just kept diagnosing it as fibroids. Don't accept this. Ovarian cancer is fairly rare, so they don't see a lot of it. They look for breast, cervical and endometrial, but not ovarian. They will tell you that there is no way to diagnose it. That's bull. A pelvic cat scan with contrast will do it for sure. Walk right in to an imaging center, tell them that you want this and ask how much it will be. It should not be any more than $400. They charge a lot when they bill insurance directly, but not as much when billing the individual. My symptoms were, gastric issues, early satiety, gas, weight gain (then weight loss as the cancer progressed), fatigue, tired, bladder incontinence. I could actually feel a large mass, the doctor said it was a fibroid, he was wrong. It was a baseball size malignant tumor on my ovary. Eventually I developed ascities fluid and my abdomen swelled to resemble an 8 month pregnancy. Finally had the pelvic cat scan and it was as plain as day. I could have addressed this sooner if I had just paid for the cat scan myself. I've been healthy, slim and active my entire life. If this happened to me, it can happen to anyone. Pay for a CA-125 blood test. It detects a protein in the blood when ovarian cancer is present. The doctor will tell you that it is not a diagnostic tool. This is correct, however if it shows up as being high (over 30, mine was 9055) then you know something is definitely wrong. If it shows as low, don't assume everything is okay, get the cat scan.

Griddle Bone omg this is so crazy! I have all your symptoms. My back pain is really bad I’m usually quite active with going to the gym but with Covid haven’t been but think I really need to check these tests out. My breathing is bad, weight gain, bloated like I’m pregnant is just unreal, only thing that showed up on my blood tests was my hypothyroid was out of range so on new meds for that and before that I was having prolonged bleeding, I’m just 49 so maybe perimenapause also but my dr thinks my thyroid was the issue so she didn’t want to send me to the gynaecologist. I’m going to schedule the ultrasound again and persist these tests! Thank you so much for your information. This is a sneaky silent killer. My mom had cervical cancer and hysterectomy at 28.

@@tracydipalma300 I started having symptoms at the age of 49. Thought it was perimenopause. Unfortunately, not. I had very heavy prolonged periods also. Your symptoms could be just thyroid, i hope it is. Just be ready for the doctor to say no to the tests, because they will. See if you can get an appointment with a gynecological oncologist also to properly diagnose this. Cancer is scary, I know you don't want to go there, I didn't and wish I did. It would have saved my life or at least prevented it from progressing to stage 4. If thyroid isn't working properly, then other systems are compromised as well. I believe that all systems in the body are connected on a molecular level. When looking back I am convinced that I had the cancer at age 49. I am now 56. At age 55 I had the surgery last August and finished chemo February, 2020. Currently there is no sign of cancer in my body. I believe the majority of women who are diagnosed are between 55 and 65. Catch it early.
