For me minimum 2 times a day shower is mandatory by default from childhood. Boz morning showers make me feel fresh and kick start my day and evening shower for getting rid of dirt which u explained. I totally agree and body releases toxins through the skin during our sleep which should be washed away in the morning. I think one should take showers twice a day regardless of where they live unless you live at the poles. With hot water available in the bathrooms all the time, there is no excuse to avoid taking showers. Also, after we poop in the morning, it is best to wash all parts of your body, just washing hands and wiping butt area does not cleanse you unless you want to carry those poop germs throughout the day. Just my humble opinion.

@@pia9978 Most parts of Ontario in Canada are humid like Mumbai during summers. One needs to shower twice regardless of AC or not here, and if you travel by the subway, you should scrub yourself everyday.

Why is it so hard to be a woman!!! I sooo much want to style my hair but with two kids, full time job I don’t get any time!! And my hair is thick, a lot in quantity, unruly, rough.. straightening, curling takes like 2 hours!! 😢
