Hi! Do you think there is a way you could share your ANKI decks?

When do you start making your deck? I feel like I spend so much time making my SG/cards.

Hi Diana! I actually would make my cards during class. It also TREMENDOUSLY helps to get a group of one or two other students on board to divide the workload. Also the fastest way to make Anki cards is using the "image occlusion" feature which essentially allows you to take a screenshot of a powerpoint and block off whatever text you would like to test yourself on. The only downsides, with screenshots the file sizes will grow to an enormous size and you will sacrifice some of the "searchability" that comes with using free text to make cards. Hope that helps!

In sharing the Q banks, could you all login at the same time from different places? Or did you have to like let each other know when you were using it?

What's up bro. We were definitely able to login at the same time from different places! We did this for SmartyPance, RoshReview, Uworld, and sketchy pharm lol

So for the Anki cards, would you say on Tuesday learn 100 new cards and review the 100 cards from Monday as well?

Correct. The way the Anki algorithm works is that the lapses between reviews grows a little larger every time you study your cards. This way the volume doesn’t increase exponentially but is spread out over many days. For example, you learn card “x” on day 1, then you’ll review it on day 2 and get it correct, then you review it on day 5 and get it correct, than day 10 etc etc now Anki does this for every single card. Here’s a better explanation if it still doesn’t make sense. Saludos brother! kzread.info/dash/bejne/lYqalZqyYJrJls4.html
