I’m wearing Dutch braids and they’re so itchy I’m constantly slapping my head and putting the end of the comb under them

Try cleansing them and then add conditioner and scalp oil? That works for me

I have a problem with my braids itching after exercising…..I do boxing so I’m literally always exercising and I don’t know how to stop it 🤦🏾‍♂️

Daamn. Try using a co-wash or sulfate free shampoo afterwards so that your scalp is clean. You can oil after that and it should help the itching
