Also, like this video. It really supports my channel, and it’s also helpful to see which videos you are enjoying and want to see more of.
Cold Brew Iced Latte:
Put 2/3 c. coffee grounds and three cups of water in a French press. Stir and soak in the fridge over night. In the morning, strain out the grounds by pushing down on the plunger. Put a handful of ice cubes in a cup or jar. Pour ½ c. cold brew, ¼ c. creamer, and ¼ c. milk over the ice. Shake or stir. Top with whipped cream if desired. Yum!! (If you use whole milk and Aldi’s Friendly Farms Creamer it’s only about 177 calories!)

Thanks for mentioning the library because the second you said it I remembered that I had books due today so thanks for saving me from paying a fine. I haven't even finished the video yet and you're already saving me money. :)

"Who am i kidding, i know nothing about snow tires?" Made me laugh! Love your honesty.
Thanks for the tips. There was a couple a hadn't thought about. And, others I needed reminding of. 😊
LOVE your videos! Thank you for collaborating with NJ family - they are a sweet family as well! Keep up the good work!
Enjoy following you 2 lady's, this was a good reminder for me on more ways to save on the daily and also large items that a family needs, thanks for taking the time to share these tips
Thank you so much for all the tips! So many things I hadn’t even thought of, I’m going to start using them so we can hopefully save for a nice family vacation! ♥️

Great tips! So fun to collab with you! Thanks a bunch! Thanks for the tip on memorial day with tickets! I need to buy soon and kept pushing it off. And totally agree with #20! Cheers!
Finally a video of things that are actually helpful!! ❤️
Shop your home - I do that before thinking of getting something new and it saves me a ton! Great tip! 😊
Great tips 👍🏻 thanks for sharing. I need to put a lot of what you said in practice to start saving. 🙋🏻♀️
First off beautiful dress! I went to yard sales last Saturday because you motivated me haha and I found just what I was looking for. I found two solid wood side tables in great shape for only ten dollars! I might redo them though to match our family room. Great tips!
Thank you, Megan! These tips will save me so much!
We loved the ReUsit Shop of New Holland! Nice drive from Quarryville. 😊. Sandy
Thank you for your wisdom and knowledge ❤️ loving the videos and Great tips on saving 😊
Great vlog! I really like the top of the dress you are wearing...it looks nice on you!
Great video, Megan! I love using my credit card points, especially for Christmas or birthday gifts. I go to the local library often, but I still need to try out hoopla. My wardrobe has definitely become much more neutral over the past couple of years - I am one of those girls who loves the loud flowery and boho prints for both clothing and home decor. Awesome tips!
Your personality is so sweet and cute! You're clever and funny and I've had a lot of fun watching your channel.
I seriously love watching all your videos! You have inspired me to try and live more positively as I’ve been struggling a little bit. I even mopped my kitchen floor on my hands and knees and I can honestly say I’m never going back! Ha thanks for sharing your videos with us!
I love the "experience" gift. I have recently started to, and encourage my family to, buy/give my grandkids experiences....so far they have been given tickets to plays, a trip to a football match, piano lessons, and holidays. These gifts are so much more memorable. ☺
I loved your video!!! The tips were awesome. Thank you for doing it
Love, love, love that rug idea!
Thankyou so much for sharing your cold brew recipe!!! And the video was awesome 👏🏼👏🏼
I love the different names you have for things. (Re: sliding board) It’s endearing! I was raised in the south & I married into a family of New Englanders.. So I can relate to having differences in speaking the same language. They enjoy all my “y’all’s” & euphemisms. Or so I like to think! 😆😉
I found the ones about sharing big ticket items really true and interesting. We don't have family here, but we live in a duplex with another couple and can share big pots, spin mop, hedge trimmer, big tools, etc. It's a lifesaver! Once we buy a house, I hope to spend more time getting to know our neighbors and sharing things back and forth.
Thank you for these tips Megan. Very helpful! ☺
Meagan I love watching ur channel. I also enjoy NJFamily, I love watching both channels, I think ur so sweet. Thanks for the tips and thanks for sharing.
Buy neutrals! Yep they're classic and never goes out of style! Thank you ❤️your top is really pretty btw.
Cool rug idea - looks great! "Shop your home." Totally!
megan, really enjoyed this. the way you handle credit cards is exactly the way me and my husband handle them. it's really the only way to have them and prosper. I really enjoy all of your content.
Such great tips!!! Extending on the gardening tip... dry the seeds from some of your produce and use them for next season planting. I did that with bell pepper and acorn squash seeds and without really thinking anything would come of them... I've got producing plants!!! Its like free food! Anyway, great video!!! I will definitely be using several of your tips! Sending you and your family lots of love!!
Post everyday...we love your channel !!! 😉🙋 Nothing wrong w second hand stuff ! Smart girl 😉
Great video, some great tips! I love Jeannine, too. She is hysterical!💖
Love the trim on your dress. Going to have to hit the fabric stores to see if I can find some.

Besides all your great tips and your charming self, I have been loving your dress and the little plant behind you 🌱 Natural oxygen producer!
Yay Jenninine! I love her channel! I agree with you on chevron! Yuck! Hoopla is great. And libraries too of course! My daughter works at ours and keeps me supplied with books. Great tips!

Thank you for all the great tips. Your top is beautiful!
Thank you for your videos! I am not a huge KZread person, but I've seen lots of your videos. You always have such inspiring/encouraging content. Do you have any videos about how you stay motivated, inspired, and achieve your goals? I could use a little of that in my life right now 😆😊
Love the canister idea! I was thinking of going out and buying me some new ones🙈
I love your videos 💓 I can relate to you.. could you do a video on your hair? I absolutely love the way you do it.. so adorable
Love love love your tips! I'm a big believer in not doing something just because alot of other people do,if it's not something that's my thing🙂
Ahh how could I forget it’s Thursday. I love your videos.💕
The trip instead of present idea is so true, and something we implemented last year! My daughter is 9, and last year, instead of buying a bunch of Christmas presents, we took a family vacation over the weekend to Kalahari Indoor Waterpark. She had the time of her life! (She did still receive a few wrapped presents from out of town family, so she still had some of the "Christmas experience.") Now, she looks forward to our Christmas/her birthday/family vacation more than any presents she's gotten! She understands now that time with family, exploring new places, and creating memories and experiences are SO much more valuable than some material items that she will lose interest in or break within a few weeks. We are thankful!
Great video as always and great tips! My husband loves to use a French coffee press💕
Thanks for all the great tips!!!😊
Can we get an updated video? Or maybe a video where your viewers can give some of their tips? Ill start use fabric softener sheets several times and tben use them for washing dishes and the mesh produce bag is great for scrubbing pots and pans
I like making your own favorite food and using you tube for resources, but all the ideas are great.
Gardening and canning is my first love, it helps with the grocery bill and I know where it was grown and no chemicals!
Thumbs up darlin. I'm a Traditional Catholic. We wear very modest clothing too. Head covered in chapel. Love your channel!🌹
Thank you for sharing these tips
Love your personality Megan💗
Hi Megan. I’m a new subscriber. I’m not sure how I actually came across your channel but I’m glad I did. I actually live in PA as well. I live outside of Philly in a area called Delaware County if you’re familiar at all. I’ve been up to Lancaster several times in the past few years. I’ve been to Shady Maple a couple of times last year. The Smorgasbord is amazing!!!! You seem very down to earth and that’s what drew me to your channel. Good luck with it!!!! 💖💖
Love your channel! Keep it up ❤️
Your such an authentically beautiful and wise young Christian woman ....blessings to you and your family!
I love your top!!! -Dawn
Hi Megan! I'm new to your channel. I love saving, thanks for sharing your ideas! We are saving a bundle using cloth diapers. With my oldest child I tried them and didn't like them. This time I went with higher quality diaper and they are Uh-mazing! I wish I could go back in time and do it again.
Hey Megan! I'm a relatively new subscriber and I really enjoy watching your videos. :) In reference to the library, there is an app called Libby or Libby by Overdrive. Once downloaded, you can link your library card to it and have access to thousands upon thousands of books to check out and read. I absolutely love it! I didn't think I would as I am a die-hard fan of real books. But I am loving the ease of checking books out this way. I'm finding I'm able to read more. You can also synchronize the app across multiple devices. Have a great day!
Overdrive is another great app for borrowing eBooks and audiobooks from the library. Buying in bulk isn’t always cheaper. Calculate the unit price first.
Thank you Megan! 😊
I'm so glad I found your channel
I’m a new subscriber. I have been loving your channel. It is so encouraging seeing more Christian women on KZread. Interesting point about the credit card. My husband and I got into some debt with ours and through Dave Ramsey financial peace university tips we have it paid off and live on a strict ish budget 😉 He has a KZread channel and really offers great advice on finances. Hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
Love these tips!
Loved these!! So helpful!! 💙💜❤️
Totally random, but you look absolutely stunning in this dress!!!! I just love the color and the design and pattern!!!
We asked one side of the family to buy our children days out for Christmas. So we got vouchers for local attractions, cinema vouchers etc and it's been great!
My husband and I use credit cards for the rewards and it works terrific for us! We only buy things we have the money to pay for and pay off every month as well: Great video and great tips!!
I like your tip to use the local library🎉😍...
love your videos! I saved $ on a gym membership by picking up a couple of childcare shifts there a month. Employees don't have to pay to go to the gym. Now I have a $500 gym membership for FREE and I can bring my kids with me to work! PTL!
I love what you are wearing in this vid!
Your content is always the best ans so unique! I love it. Yes we pay out bill at the end of the month and end up with around 30p at the end of the year for Christmas gifts for our kids, its awesome. Also, I usually use ebates when doing online shopping and can get around $50 a year also.

Wonderful!
Your top(or dress) is so cute!!
My local grocery store has a points card system we collect pc points and have been for 5 years it’s helped pay for our wedding . And every year or so we use the points to get an item like a patio set or bbq it’s been very handy
I normally get time to watch a video or two of yours once my toddlers fall asleep. Tonight I made your homemade apple crumble pie and it’s delicious, eating it right now!
Yes! Credit cards! We just got one that we use for grocery shopping and gas. We already know we can afford those items, so now we get points! For big purchases like vacations and such we have a separate credit card we use once a year for trips which we pay off over the course of the year and get points!!!
Looked right at my over flowing book shelf after you said that
Megan. You are just adorable ! Love your videos!
Thanks for the tips! I will say, you being in Lancaster County, you have access to way better reuse it and thrift stores than some of us 😭 Here in SC, a lot of the thrift stores are “junky”, full of trashy, stinky stuff quite frankly 🤦🏼♀️ my sisters and I like to hit those reuse it shops when we’re in Lancaster!
I LOVE Hoopla for audiobooks!
Oh my goodness the family gym is a fantastic idea! We live around the corner from my in-laws and I'm totally going to talk to them about pooling all our fitness stuff together! Also, we have a credit card that gives us double points on groceries and gas and it is SO worth it!

Glad I inspired you!
Awesome tips !
Great video...it's wonderful to see such a wise young person in this day and age. By the way, I have another money saving tip for you that I saw on Hilary's Old World Home channel. She is fond of cold brew iced coffee, too, and what she does to save money is to buy JUST the coffee (black) and takes it home to store in the fridge. Then she uses about a third of it at a time, adds creamer, etc. That way, she is able to get 3 drinks from one! Also, I was wondering what your stuffed celery recipe was? Do you have a favorite? Love you and your sweet family
Thanks so much for sharing
Way to go thanks for the tips
Thank you
Awww another great video !!!!!
Great tips!!
Hi, Megan, LOVE your blouse (and yes, I'm sooooo over all those florals!) I was wondering why you don't wear an engagement ring or, more importantly, a wedding ring? Thanks!
Great Ideas!
Your randomness cracks me up.🤣
Both of my kids are born within 3 weeks before/after Christmas so for both the birthday and the holiday we stick to “Something they want, something they need, something to wear, something to read.” They’re currently a toddler and an infant and it works great for any age!
I like this old pioneer quote - Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without - 😊
