It’s funny because I went to college in the mid nineties and I had a Laotian roommate. I loved the way Lao/Thai/Vietnamese food smells!! I knew other people thought it smelled because they used to walk pass our room and say it did; but we didn’t care 🤷🏾‍♀️ like them, I never thought about it 🤷🏾‍♀️

If Mariel likes CGI a lot, she should check out the Astartes series on KZread. If she can stomach some of the violence, she will appreciate all the work that went into that series. It is a short series of short clips, but it is amazing. Far superior than a lot of what Hollywood puts out in terms of animation.

from what I saw in (terrace house) is that Vivi did her homework. she studied what appealed to most Asian communities in terms of behavior and how to act in public. so she went on to steal their hearts and she got what she wanted. don't get me wrong kudos to her because it actually did work, however, that girl is definitely smart she has three languages in her pocket not only that but also let's not forget some acting skills after all she wanted to be an actor.

Yo David I understand your POV of Hanna and Vivi. I thought both women on the show was a great addition and it clearly shows that people of all ages and people who grew up a certain way tend to grow up and mimic their environment. And although sometimes the show can make them seem more evil, childish, or selfish I think that in the end of the day, the show does reveal some truth about their personalities. And for some characters they can learn to mature and maybe realize that their life choices can lead them on a crazy journey they did not expect to happen.

I'm with you. Vivi annoyed me because she clearly thought she was the shit all the time and in my opinion didn't give af about anyone's feelings like when she saw hana crying and decided instead to gush about her feelings for Ryo. I think hana had a good maturing ark, there's nothing wrong with crying, especially since she never blamed anyone, everyone around her told her to keep trying, and I think she took much more initiative then they gave her credit for, she just didn't succeed. I also don't really fault her for telling on Emika being super friendly with ruka, especially since emika would butt in all the time and go on about all the things she and ryo did in front of her.

Yeah Terrace house is a reality TV show at the end of the day --> fake. They made her the villain, edited it, and she wouldn't stop being harassed. The show ruined her name instead of being like all the other characters. All the other characters got good and bad scenes to show and keep things interesting, but they edited it to make her look so bad. It's also the people who were harassing herself fault, but C'mon don't believe these fake shows.
