Pumping is sooooo much work! I HAD to do it when my babies were in the NICU but as soon as they were able to nurse fully on their own I pretty much exclusively nursed except if I needed a sitter because pumping was too taxing. I was a SAHM though. I am curious if you just have a preference for pumping or if you nurse at all. I am commenting when watching so maybe I'll get my answer lol The boys are sooo adorable and getting so big! Look at em go!

I had postpartum hair loss with my 1st child and I was so sad and kinda embarrassed. I thought about anything and everything that could make it stop. I started taking birth control and within a week my hair stopped falling out! It must have been the change in hormones! I don’t know if that’s an option for you but if it is then I’d give it a shot! Take care 💙

So much so that my significant other had to HELP ME PUMP! By the first doctor visit they actual up losing weight so I had to stop breast feeding and put them on a high calorie formula which was kind of a relief! 😂😂

@@Brendavstwo Yess! You are a great mother too girl!! Those boys are so very happy and healthy!! I love the fruits and veggie feeding! My twins are older now though. I have 4 kids.. Daughter is 13, older son is 10, and the twins are about to be 8 September 13th (guess I should have mentioned that before) they are ALL doing online school for the first 9 weeks this is the first week of school and I am ready to slap masks on them and send them back to school!! Your mental health video really hit me because I've been going through it and so have my kids! They want so badly to go back to school but I can't risk it at this time... I actually messed around and started growing a mango tree because I thought the kids would be interested in watching it grow yeahhh they just look at it like "ok?" I honestly thought it wouldn't make it this far... it has 8+ leaves now and I am so proud of it 🤣🤣 never grew anything but babies my whole life but we shall see!

I know "fed is best" sounds good but obviously all options aren't created equal. Too many formulas have corn syrup as there first ingredient. Some are absolute trash. Any amount of breast milk will help and studies show it affects I.Q. and immunity among other things. That said breastfeeding and pumping is very difficult. I nursed my first baby for 7-8 months and my supply plummeted because of my work schedule. I took supplements, drank tea, fenugreek especially. It helped but I struggled to maintain my schedule. When my supply waned I started making milk from young coconuts and hemp seeds. In desperate moments I made banana milk with hemp hearts. You need a great blender like a vitamix or blendtec but the coconut and hemp is powerful and she LOVED it! With baby girl #2 I was home and was able to nurse her for 14 months. Even though she was born at 37 weeks she's big, healthy and has a strong immune system like her older sister. I'm now pregnant with twins. You never know what struggles you'll face. I plan to nurse and pump. If I come up short I'll be doing coconut milk with hemp hearts again! 😅 Kudos to you. You're doing fantastic!
