I am 43 yrs old and I refuse to read Dr. Google or statistics or be around anyone that I feel is not supportive or negative. Yes you can! Trust those feelings are so valid! It was an emotional roller coaster for me and trust I was not the nicest person during that time! Google is your worst friend during STIMs and transfer. I literally only posted updates on social media and refused to be on it. Fill your time with hobbies you enjoy, that precious baby is already yours! Hope you are doing well Tanee! 🤍

You’re honestly so inspiring! I love the last part where you’re talking about manifesting and being positive.. I’ve definitely gone down the path of thinking worse case scenarios, instead of thinking being positive. I’m at the very start of my journey, where I’m currently awaiting my AMH results and will be going to my first appointment next month. You got a new subscriber! Hi friend! How exciting - your feelings are totally valid. I underwent my IVF journey in the midst of the pandemic when it was still so very new. Just stay safe and think as positive as you can (easier said than done I know) but this journey is already an emotional rollercoaster so don't stress about things you can't control. Also - I LOVED acupuncture. You should try it out if you can

I’ve been seeing my acupuncturist for about a month, transfer is in November so I’m 2 months ahead! I’ll also be seeing a chiropractor because I want to have a natural birth and I want my baby to slide right out lol

Thank you! What does the chiropractor do if you don’t mind me asking? I do acupuncture. I have my lady coming on the day of transfer. She does a session before and after. And I’m probably going to go a few days later.

This is actually a great question, I am not sure but I do best recommend connecting with your PCP to ensure it doesnt spike anything or have an adverse reaction.

Hi friend! Thank you so much. I took birth control at the initial phase of the IVF process for only 2 week. I was not placed on birth control prior to transfer. I know that all doctors are different.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am wonder to ask, how was your period after egg retrieval. I had my 1st period after egg retrieval at 25th days and I didn't get my second period yet. This is my 35th days.

Thanks for tuning in friend. My period after egg retrieval was normal and came on time. I had two of them before my transfer. When I was preparing for my second transfer my cycles were irregular and I was placed on meds to get it to come on.

Thank you so much for watching friend! I continued POM juice after transfer as well. Maybe a week after but only 1 cup per day unless you enjoy it ☺️ but there aren’t any restrictions per my Fertility Dr

@@AliciaLatrice Oh great! Thank you. I actually don’t mind the taste of Pom juice. Just started taking it and I currently take a cup everyday (about 8oz) and sometimes I take two cups😃 cos it tastes like normal juice. Taking POM juice after transfer, you will advise not refrigerated yes?

Thank you so much friend! My fertility center didn’t recommend acupuncture but I found a facility near my home and it was incredible and they have extreme measures in place for covid so very comfortable going! 🧡♥️

@@tamarawilson3417 they actually accept insurance (not sure which ones) I have BCBS Anthem and had a copay of 20 each visit so I best recommend to call and they will check for you. 4 weeks prior to transfer is perfect! Believe it or not I started 1 week prior and then my 2nd session was day of transfer following 1x per week till I was about 12 weeks pregnant. Now I go biweekly and am 23 weeks pregnant
