Energy levels vary throughout the day in an Ultradian rhythm pattern.
Ultradian rhythms are any rhythms that last from a few minutes to many hours through the day but not more than 24 hours. There are many other rhythms in our body - Circadian rhythms - that lasts for 24 hours, so like your sleep and wake cycle. Diurnal rhythms - that lasts for 12 hours, like our body understanding the rhythm of day and night, infradian rhythms - rhythms that last longer than a day, like a 30-day menstrual cycle.
And all of these rhythms are natural and have to and will happen, if we try to force and stop or change any of these rhythms, it usually just leads to stress, and most of the time our attempts are unsuccessful as well.
So to be successful and to reduce stress, the easiest thing we can do is to understand how these rhythms and work with them rather than against them.
That's what this video is all about 😀

Bro listen to no body I'm explaining you By UK if you mean Oxford not regents university LoL 😂😂 right See I was my self confused between AIIMS and MBBS in Italy I chose neet (AIIMS) preparation As by no means Italy can provide the same Patient load and exposure that' AIIMS can give further expenditure is not that High But Yes AIIMS is kind of a dream to shape my undisciplined Life 😭❤️ If you're talking about MBBS go straightly choose India 1st In MBBS college tag never matters Nor do you learn much things Only thing which is important is patient experience Patient interaction Patient exposure . 3 of which are available no where In the world Then comes fees AIIMS is cheaper than the shoes you're wearing for Last 2 years.means I think you have changed shoes quite a bit right In 2yrs AIIMS is cheaper than the total sum of money for that 😂😂 3rd your aim my aim is to do MBBS in India, pg in USA... Then return india back 😀😀 And within which I could also do my mbbs in Italy But think about your dream My dream is AIIMS And I have a thousand reasons of problems to be suffered in Italy Main was it's economy I won't get jobs to pay my rents working for hours, then studying for tomorrow, then college, no friends,no Indians,no close ones, language problems a And obviously I can't sacrifice AIIMS by any means to study in Italy Right by any means Also education quality as per international rankings are Same as AIIMS Also it lavks proper practical training 😭 Most part is theory Ask yourself you're ready for all that At the end you'll receive Just a not so beautiful place at the end The place which can also be travelled From AIIMS It's the only benifit available But Italy isn't all Beautiful Like Venice, Rome... The place you'll be livin'in will be a normal day to day clean City You'll not get much Time , even to roam different parts of Italy it's 50 Unesco sites Also health issues, homesickness can happen to you Ther No problem as such in uk or USA I bet it's True aa fuck UK will seem a better developed version of your own Home Especially USA Which will seem like developed india with indians here and there 😉😉 My suggestion MBBS From AIIMS pg in UK is best Don't take pg in india for god's sake After pg in India you won't be in UK But after pg In UK you can come India and settle in appollo Chennai, Fortis... ❤️❤️🙏🙏

Best option is what is theoritically correct Ask yourself What you want I'm telling you Seeing the theoritically correct answer forcing yourself doing mbbs From india And MD Abroad will lead you no where Do what your heart says doing MD in UK is best option But MBBS too can be 😀 done sadly Fees is extraordinarily high 🙄🙄 2 crores budget But can be lessened too No scolarships are available 🙄👍
