How I Overcame Fear and Anxiety (Practices and Knowledge) | Zach Tavcar
I wanted to share some insights with you that greatly helped me overcome my fear and anxiety. I also wanted to share what practices that most benefited me in overcoming my fear and anxiety.
This is merely a video of the knowledge and wisdom that greatly helped me live the most joyful and free life possible. It is in no way to minimize the hardships of fear and anxiety. Yet, these principles are so profound that when we can truly accept the truth that we will get sick, we will die, and all of life will change life can open up for us and we can see that each moment is a blessing.
The simple teachings of Buddha and his four noble truths can have a profound effect on our ability to let go of fear and anxiety. I hope that these will help you as much as they helped me.

I am going through coping with the death of a loved one at a young age very very difficult I am devastated and cannot see the light

I am sorry that you are having such a difficult time Ingrid 💓 It is so difficult to rationalize why the people we love can die at a young age. But I can assure you that they are so peaceful and filled with love that we cannot fathom while in our bodies. While you may not be able to experience each other in physical form, I know whole heartedly that they are spiritually with you... watching you, walking with you, smiling and laughing with you, and comforting you in this time. I know that for sure. And that pain will wane until you too will know for sure that although they may not be with you in body, they are always with you spiritually 💓💓💓
