It’s all about having confidence in yourself. When you believe in yourself you can do all things. Self doubt is the worst thing we as humans deal with. I’m learning to have more confidence.

Let thy speech be better than silence, or be silent. You can speak if your tongue can deliver the message of your heart. Hi guys! Would just like to share our journey with you. :) We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started the late night cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And now we have 2 storefront locations in New Jersey and Florida! We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

Great shifu.. I've got some points, it is very important.. 1. All speaking are public speaking 2. Public speaking is made, not born. 3. I have to learn to do this This is very important for me, because I speak to my team ( 50 people ) every week..I remember when first time I was speaking to my team, I was shy.. but right now, I feel my improvement in public speaking skill.. Thanks.. Shifu..

I always am up for any public-speaking opportunity and strive to continue the same whilst growing my personal development, marketing agency and future career prospects. It's definitely true that throwing yourself into such opportunities that the majority fear to do MAKES you YOU within skills such as public-speaking! Have a great day Dan and much support from the UK and as we close up 2019 and into 2020!

I go to Toastmasters every two weeks, and for the first couple months I actually didn’t do anything! I sat in the back and refused to go up on stage. Then I naturally started getting more comfortable in that environment so I think just “showing up” is so important.
