Oh I've been wanting to upgrade from letter beads since my customers are asking for more diverse colour shades and more text styles but I never understood how other resin artists did them. I looked into cutters like cricut explorer but they were too expensive for me so I looked to youtube for help. This tutorial is so easy to understand and gives me reassurance and confidence in my ability to upgrade from the beads. Thank You so much for sharing! Xoxo~!

Which paper you use for print the name?

Can you change the colors for the names? This has helped a great deal . You Rock thanks love your work.

Hi Michelle, thank you for stopping by. Yes, the color of the names can be changed but if you're using only dye ink for your printer like me, I don't recommend changing the color because the text becomes translucent or not so clear. This is only based on my experience. Thank you and I hope this helps.

It's a combination of Orange Mica Powder and a drop of Pink Resin Pigment.

hi i love your items i have a question i have just got a cricut maker i am trying to names on my beach keyrings but i have issues with my words being too big or too small could u tell me what is the best size or measurmont to put on a letter keyring many thanks

Hi Kelly, thanks for stopping by. I wish I had a cricut machine too.😅 For me, the best letter size for a keychain is around 14-17 font size but it will always depend on the type of font you use.😊

Hi Lisa, Deskjet printers are actually inkjet printers too, the term ‘Deskjet’ is essentially just HP’s branding of their printers. I never tried using deskjet but it might work also to this kind of paper.

I was told that if i used an inkjet printer for resin the ink would run in the resin. Does it depend on the paper you use or do you need to use a certain ink type?

Hi thanks for watching. I never had a problem using my inkjet printer in my resin projects with the regular dye ink. Maybe the problem is the type of paper you used.

The waiting time depends on the type of your resin and the temperature of your working area. I usually wait 24 hours and it's too long to wait 😅 but you can attach the names as soon as the resin hardens.

Hi Balkis, thank you for stopping by. Thank you for your suggestion I appreciate it. Actually black is the best to use for transparent vinyl, the others colours like gold or silver if printed in a vinyl it will become translucent. You can try to use a metal pen for colored names🙂

Tried printing transparent adhesive film paper but there the ink became dotted lines and smudged
