How I Make Cosmic Galaxy Sugar Scrubs // thick and creamy emulsified foaming sugar scrub

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

W H A T ' S -- T H I S -- V I D -- A B O U T ?
I updated my sugar scrub recipe to get a creamy, thick consistency that feels insanely luxurious but also allowed me to use multiple colors that remained distinct from one another and not muddy each other up. I tried a piping technique to fill my jars and topped the scrubs with a light dusting of holographic glitter. The end result is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and I'm obsessed!

Helpful hint! Instead of using parchment paper try plastic wrap. It will make it much easier to manage, trust me. I worked as a baker for a number of years :) Your products are beautiful and I aspire to create body products like that.

Jerika makes the BEST content. I love how she brings some of her personal life into her videos. I saw another KZreadr who uses “press & seal”. Not sure who makes it. Came to share the idea. Wish I could make this stuff. Don’t have the physical stamina. Cheers!

Jerika, so amazing to see how the channel is growing. Being here since you got started doing videos, I am just as amazed as you are! Wow what a wonderful time to be growing.. I really love this sugar scrub formula, it's a good one and doesn't deflate when transported, which is super awesome! These scrubs turned outreally pretty. I use press and seal when I pipe anything. I think you'd like it better than the parchment paper. It is thinner and seals together well! HAPPY SOAPING, Jill Gross

Hey, I don’t know if they sale Press and Seal by Glad. You can use it instead of the wax paper it will seal together and allow you to place your Sugar Scrub inside of your piping bag.

  • @moonshadowessentialssoapsn5287

Hun , use press n seal. Sticky side up. Put ur scrub on it bring the 2 sides together and just press then together and roll them down till u touch the scrub. Twist both sides then ready ur piping bag. Now snip only one end of ur press n seal and the end that u snip just slide it in and pipe. It’s way way easier and u don’t struggle at all to pipe. Ur first squeeze u have to put a lil extra pressure to open the press n seal but after that it pipes like a dream. Then throw the press n seal back away. I line 3-4 of them up when I do mine so they are all ready to go so when I’m done with one I pull it out and shove the next one in. It’s so much easier. Hope u try it! 🖤

There it’s foaming emulsifying sugar scrubs, I make them Some people prefer the emulsifying only and other the foaming one. You can make your own foaming base or get the premise from a supplier and just add your scrub agent/agents and light oils to the base

You would be better to use press n seal for putting the scrub into instead of parchment paper. It will be easier to squeeze and use a pastry scraper to push the scrub remnants out of it so you don't lose much. Also you can get huge piping tips that will accommodate the scrub mixture.

I kept over looking the video where you made you new Ikea basket drawers to cure your soaps. This is just an idea not sure if it will work or not. If you use plastic canvas to line the bottom of your baskets it will keep the soap off the metal and allow the bottom of the soap to get air flow. www.michaels.com/white-plastic-canvas-by-loops-and-threads/10665934.html
