I think it's wise to use this as a "busy-work support" tool first. Show customers a personal connection by valuing their time and investing another person's time to reflect that. Only use the AI to amplify that time value for both. Use more robust prep questions like, "When asked Why you're doing this, what do you think would be most important for others to understand about you up front?" Or "We like to offer follow-up options to make sure we've done everything we can for our clients. Once we secure great value for you, are there others in your circle that may want or need similar help? We can also contact you afterwards to ensure they got similar discounts?" Keep laser focus on the current customer, but add value by extending the potential beyond the current customer while still making it about them. 🤔 Etc. Etc.

Humans (at least at first) only intervention could be to make sure no SPAM and or FALSE appointments are created. My only uncertainty about this is that voice calls are less and less being used , but this kind of platforms will surely replace humans needed to such simple structured interactions.

Do you know if the voice can be cloned to sound more of the local culture? I would like to use latin spanish voices. thanks.

yo pensé lo mismo :-b jaja, y de no existir aún algo de igual calidad, seguro surgirá, estamos viendo sólo el comienzo de plataformas con las que vamos a convivir/interactuar. Tal vez el tema sea también protegerse de que no te llenen la agenda de citas (o pedidos de mercadería, etc), de falsos positivos (I.As. pirata que te llenen la agenda de .. "#$%&/ )
