I saw a video about of work yesterday so I decided to sign up and within 30 minutes of browsing and applying for jobs I had my first job. 2 hours later I had another job offer. It's really exciting i just hope they actually pay me.

I recently saw a post on LinkedIn in, where some people bid for projects using literally hundreds of connects One of them even went as far as using more than 1000 connects for a single bid. What's your take on this Josh, it's sad to see that regardless of your well crafted profile, there'd be folks who'd just rank higher than you on the proposal list based on connects. I'd love to hear your take on beating this.

I wouldn't worry about that. It doesn't matter where you rank if your proposal is trash. Focus on what you can control, like writing better cover letters, submitting proposals consistently, etc.
